A high school science teacher re-imagined the premise of Morgan Spurlock's
film Super Size Me, eating nothing but McDonald's for 90 days. By sticking
to nutritional guidelines, he managed to lose 37lbs. and his cholesterol
dropped 50 points.
John Cisna teaches science at Colo-Nesco High outside Des Moines, Iowa. He

MFL已经16队了，没可能扩了。半个赛季以后，很多人都只能用垃圾球员出战了，比如
我军本周的RB就是ivory, WR是cribbs, hester和spurlock。这些都是12-14 team
league里面，大家看都不看的球员。
DFL 10个队其实正好，每周掏金子，挺好玩。到了12队，就没这个可能了。
要么明年另外在设一个DFL2, MFL2啥的。 |

，就是自由球员了。鱼归大海，自由找下家。今年NFL允许球队提前3天，也就是周五，
可以跟别的队的UFA谈合同。如果谈成了，还要等到周一新联盟年开始才能签合同。
今年应该是有cap就是爷，好多球员要成为cap casualty。
