这个BMW M3的原车主耳朵被割，不知道被塞在冷冰冰的後车厢多久了。还好假买主出了
车祸，弃車

一直很喜欢这首歌，可惜不会弹吉他，没法唱。最近发现了GarageBand这个宝贝，立解
有心无力之苦。
说说制作。三轨人声，两轨吉他，全部在iPad GarageBand上完成。吉他是在
Smart Guitar上一指头一指头弹出来的。本来想用自动和弦，结果有一个theme chord
又是sus又是add，Smart Guitar居然不支持，而且自动生成的种类太少也不好听。于是
上网找原唱谱子，找来找去都是吉他六线谱，比我熟悉的多一条线，看不懂放弃了。最

可以用微甜的中式蛋糕的做法做成cupacke，然后用鲜奶油+sprinkle或花，单个装饰。
味道和大蛋糕一样。
也可以把12个cupcakes摆在一起，像装饰蛋糕一样用鲜奶油装饰. |

让带cookie，现在是sugar cookie还在一堆一堆的frosting/sprinkles。我看着都快晕
过去了。小朋友们吃的还直摇头晃脑，说好吃，问什么时候可以在家做。。。 |

我家住在Fremont，独立的房子。接到上两个月的水费账单吓了一跳，整整950$
impossible！以前的账单都是一个月几十块钱的，即使开sprinkle system也不超过一
百。于是写信给utility service，人家说来查。结果今天查了之后给我们发信说，水
表没读错，外面也没漏，应该是我们家里哪漏了。可是我们家里所有的水系统都是好好
的，马桶水管哪里都没有一点漏水或者渗水的迹象。再说，就算再漏，也不可能2个月
用掉 260,304 加仑的水啊，够淹掉整个街区了……
又写信去要求他们重查，说这种情况完全不可能。可是他们作风那么官僚，我们还能怎
么办呢？
求大侠们支招啊，拜谢拜谢！ |

发帖数: 173 | 13 遇到过漏水状况，关了水龙头，查看地上的水表，还在走字，又去关马桶的开关。一个
一个查，发现一个马桶漏水。修好后，水费减了几十。但最重要的是自动浇花的
sprinkler. 不知为什么这一带经常停电，其他设备都有电池，sprinkle没有，遇到停
电，自动设成初始天天浇水状态，若没查看或出去度假，水费就大涨。不知有经验的人
都怎么解决这种问题的。 |

“I've used a product called Terro successfully for several years. You can
get it at Orchard Supply Hardware.”
“Depends on how serious the problem is. I have used (Johnson) baby powder/
talcum powder, which is a non-toxic substance to successfully get rid of
ants inside the house.
Just sprinkle it at the entry points and along the line of ants..works like
a miracle.
In addition, using a mixture of Vinegar & water (50-50) to clean counter
tops, prevents ants”
