我倒是在政府部门，DOS在10月11号就寄出Request for Sponsor Views.结果到今天还
没有进一步更新。跟J1的sponsor机构联系，那边的officer一直都没有收到任何DOS的
信件。
这个可能会是什么原因呢？
道理上应该是寄给J1的sponsor机构，不应该给中国大使馆。 |

They can't get me more information than that I can get through the status
inquiry system of DoS website.
I would expect to get a clear address that DoS used on the mail, but they
can't tell.
It's been 1 month since the request of sponsor views by DoS, and my J1
sponsor hasn't received any document from DoS.
Some people indicated that this mail maybe directed into the Immigration

个身份相关的，
1. 是否合法在美国工作？
2. 将来是否需要sponsor work visa？
如果我是开始用opt，以后希望公司用H1B的话，第一个选 是， 第二个选 是。 请问
大家是这样回答吗？ 如果这样说需要以后sponsor，会不会直接不优先考虑？
一般公司申了多久会有消息。一直没消息，不知道是不是这些问题直接把我给过滤掉了

funding source memo。现在看起来sponsor view还是发给department of energy去了
。看来waiver遥遥无期了，哎。。。。 |

无论税是jointly还是separately）。但是在你的情况sponsor的配偶就是immigrant，
本来就要算在household里面的了，所以无所谓。 |

现在的老板是学校一个Research Center的Director。其实这个center并没有独立的
facility，而只是把学校里跟研究主题相关的教授联合起来一起申请项目等。不知道这
样的单位可不可以像一个department一样，sponsor个人来申请Eb1？如果这样的话，是
不是必须要有一个跟这个Research Center相关的title才可以啊？
如果自己直接申请Eb1a的话，背景不是很够，所以想通过Research Center的sponsor来
申。有经验的人帮忙解答一下，谢谢！ |

For national lab, I am not sure they can sponsor EB1B. There are some AAO
cases and MEMOs talking about eligibility of EB-1B.

know they sponsor entry level statistics positions which have some actuarial
functions. They definitely sponsor fresh PhD students. It is all based upon
