有不同大小的mozzarella球,一盒一盒的,泡在储存液里面卖的
买不到cherry大小的话,买鸡蛋大小的自己回家切也没问题
有时候还有已经预加了spice泡在调料里面卖的

国人家,想要知道他们平时吃什么,看看厨房里cook book collection就差不多有所了
解了。比较认真的,通常是学校里遇到的一些nerds,都会去上上cooking class,在现
成的菜谱的基础上做做实验改良什么的,不过第一次做他们通常都会严格按菜谱来。菜
谱说用fresh spice,不敢用干的香料代替。每次做好饭,如果受大家好评的话都会保存
菜谱,收集整理自己的repertoire.
有一次我的一个同学很困惑地问我,如果不这样的话,你们怎么学做饭?因为光看看,
份量是不可能精确到克的,至于火候什么的,也不可能精确到温度计测出来的温度。 |

呵呵,可能只能算年记了。因为今年的感恩节对我来说有点特别,因为上周刚刚拿到工
作offer,说感恩节之后开始上班。算得上是人生的一个转变了。当学生当得太久,对
于这个新的开始还是充满期待的。在这个感恩的日子,我首先要感谢两个最重要人,我
的一半儿,还有妈妈。
一半儿总说我这个人让他操碎了心,但他还是那么不厌其烦的帮助我。无论是学习还是
生活,我总是依赖着他,什么事搞不定了先想到要问他该怎么办,赶进度着急上火的时
候要找他寻求心理安慰。就这么被他推着,拽着,一个一个任务都渐渐完成了,毕业的
目标,找工作的目标也都达成了,在这个过程中我也学到了很多,渐渐的成长起来。亲
爱的一半儿,感谢你,我最大的感谢就是以后努力上你少操点心:P。 然后,是要感谢
这个世界上最给力的妈妈,妈妈在我忙毕业,跟老公两地的这一年里,无微不至地照顾
