I just set the power at 7 out of 10, and increase the time 1 minute at a
time
if u see the pepper powder turning a LITTLE black, then it's overdone,
because
in the cooling process, all the pepper will start turning black.
so normally my observation is that when the pepper starts turning golden
color
it's exact timing.

本人 MSEE,无经验。找的主要是digital IC design的活。 以下经验可能只适用于菜鸟
，老鸟可能不适用。
一． 找工作的网站
务必隔个 2~3 天上网更新一下简历。 我的感觉的网站有用度：craigslist > monster
> hotjobs > rest of all. 一般 craigslist上的广告肯定是有open的。 记得隔几天
去看看有没有新的open，多投投简历。还有其实很多工作在post出来以前，公司的hr会
先在网络上搜一次，看看有没有合适的人选。很多次on-site其实职位根本没post出来,
都是hr在某个网站找到我的简历
二． 关于简历
a.简历长短没有太严格的要求。一般别超过两页。感觉ASIC有用的project 一个是CMOS
, 比如cadences 画schematic,layout然后spice做simulation。还有一个就是HDL
coding的了。其他的都算锦上添花了。面试的时候问到的project一般也就这两个了。
b.简历是咋送到 manager那里的？ 面试的时候如果发现和 |

的），一些硬件(DSP, FPGA之类的）,C和汇编什么的。这些比较精熟，问题是凭这些玩意儿完全找不到工作（IC的应该还
行）。
然后多媒体媒体软件，CAD软件，办公软件什么的就不用提了。
计算机的算法学了，语言学了C++/Java/C#/Objective C/VB.NET/PHP/Perl/JavaScript（没学过的也很多,Python,
Fortran, Pascal, COBOL什么的）。所有语言都至少做过课程project大小项目。的主要学C++ (C++/CLI, Managed
C++) 和Java EE。可是C++要深度，Java要经验，都不简单。觉得C#和VB前景又不甚好，PHP工资太低，iPhone程序开
发运气成分多。
暑假就要毕业了。如果保持这样肯定找不到（实习）工作。咋办咧？计算机专攻一门还是坚持本专业？ |

要请就请大学毕业生，比老子做的好。
下一个人还是做题，又是要“证明你分析能力”，shit，我画的是真实的plot，他说
不行，你要当作ideal器件给我画，tnnd，这是一个pid，tnnd老子调pid没用过伯特图
，那种思路是毕业生才有的懂不懂啊？看着面前这个头发花白貌似功夫很深的大公司资
深工程师我tnnd的心里郁闷。过一会又给我拿了个cap要我画模型，忘了，谁tnnd的记
这玩意，他还真不含糊，画给我，你看，你应该知道这个样子的，tnnd，老子就记着

你好，我最近刚刚开始做橱柜生意，我的网站还没有完全弄好，可以给你看看我的

他们的橱柜很好的，整个工艺比如抽屉的厚度，门的质量，都比home depot什么的要好
。他们在全美国有很多dealer，有些新房builder也从他们那里拿cabinet.
因为公司刚刚起步，我目前只是想有些transactions，不图赚钱。要是一个空壳公司，
却有不少expense，回头IRS该找我麻烦了。所以我只收我从supplier那里拿到的价钱，
加一点点margin to cover my costs. 最后价钱还不到home depot的一半。现在
连宜家的东西都贵了，而且宜家那些是合成板，都不是实木。
出租房不用fancy，就最便宜的就行了. maple spice，golden honey都比较便宜。
