Preparation and Characterization of Self Emulsified Docetaxel
Abstract
The main goal of this work was to prepare a self-microemulsifying docetaxel
(Dtx) using PLGA, Tetraglycol, Labrasol, and Cremophor ELP. The prepared Dtx
-loaded SMES showed the size of the range of 80–90 nm with narrow size
distribution and the negative zeta-potential values. Its morphology was a

莫非你就是其中一件丑事的主角,干嘛一触即发,破口大骂呢?

我现在有个spherical shell.
bottem temperature =1.
top temperature =0.
我想分成N layers.
把底部4 layers 设置成linear,
tem[0]=1.0,
tem[1]=0.75,
tem[2]=0.5,
tem[3]=0.25.
其他的都是 uniform , = 0.
现在的问题是整个程序是 并行化的.
在初始的时候,如果在Z 方向上分给2个processors 的话.
这2个sub layer 居然都在底部出现那个小的linear 分布了.
有什么办法把上面那个去掉呢?
读别人的程序就是痛苦啊:(

网上已经有matlab 和 c的混合编程,
我就来写个mathematica 和 C/C++的混合编程吧,只图方便
- observer
mathematica的数学运算在有些方面比 matlab 要全一些,symbolic computing就不
用说了,
比如我感兴趣的 non-square的矩阵求逆, mathematica可以直接做,
matlab还要自己调svd,剔除无效singular value,再算逆矩阵,
还有spherical harmonics,mathematica 可以直接求
当然matlab和mathematica 我两个都用,
我比较喜欢的是用mathematica和matlab完成那些公式函数太多的运算,
调函数的方式在matlab和mathematica下效率是优化过的,所以不慢
而剩下的“苦”活就由我用c/c++来写好了
以下基于mathematica 5.0 的 mathlink 和 VC6,
mathlink支持很多接口,包括tcp/ip, 也就是装math

There are a lot work is about both the hydrophobic and hydrophilic have low

so they can reach equilibrium.

morphology.
I know amphiphilic block copolymer can form spherical, cylinder, versicle,
flower and onion and networw or bicontinuous micelles.

Yes.
I am working on NMR and we find the model of Nafion is somewhat
not in detail enough. And we think the clusters in Nafion is somewhat
not in spherical. So, we want to find a computation method to calculate
the SAXS profile and compare with the experimental SAXS data.
Now what I am looking for is to generate some geometry model, say cylinders
ditributed in space, and computate the profile.
I do not want to generate the atomic level accuracy.

I think the way polymer dispersing in water is very different
from the way water dispersing in polymer, e.g., water aggregates
then coalesces, which forms very good spherical structure. However,
Non-water soluble polymer in water tends to aggregates, but is hard to
coalesce, which forms a fractal structure.
This is only my GUESS.

anyone can lecture me on how to expand a function f(x), where x is a vector in
4-dimension space, as a sum of ultraspherical harmonic. I know how to do this
in 3-dimension, i.e. f(x) can be expanded as spherical harmonics Y_lm(\theta,
\phi). every text book has it. If we generalize it to higher dimension, such
as 4-d, it is my quesion. I dont want it to be very theoretical, but I want it
practical. And also, it should have othogonal properites as well...

即 j(x,l)exp(ikx)在区间[x1,x2]的积分。我可以数值求积分,但是两个振荡函数乘积
的积分,我怕数值积分精度太差。
exp(ikx)可以用j(x,l1)做展开。至少当k=1,l1=l时,积分不为零。但我不知道别的(k
neq 1), l neq l1的贡献是多大。
