发帖数: 459 | 3 I was surprised that there is no PFILE in dbs directory. I only have SPFILE. I
knew database startup based on that SPFILE.
I checked the book and it is only saying that I can create a SPFILE from PFILE
but not reverse. What shall I do? Must I create a PFILE?
btw, I found one in admin//pfile/init.ora.472003154544. Should I
copy that to dbs as init.ora?

你是说，因为datafile都转好了，然后放到rac的asm里面；接着用rman产生的control
file 和spfile去放到ams里面吗？
能麻烦解释下，这句话吗？
you can adjust the script generated during rman
convert to create control file for RAC. Also change the original spfile to
make it RAC ready.

1) I try to use backup wizard but it requires oracle management server connection
However, when I try to connect oracle management server, it tells me wrong
host name or status of oracle management server.
I wonder what I should do? I am using OEM.
2) I found I only have spfile for my oracle instance and no init.ora. I use
startup mount, alter database archive and alter database open to change to

在Oracle中, whole database backup里, 都有什么被backup了?
我在backup folder里看到: 文件名乱七八糟的两files.
看了看Oracle说明, 好象有datafiles, redo log, spfile and control files. (是不
是应该有四个backup的file呢?)
问这个问题是因为更大的一问题:
比如我现在有那个whole database backup files(两个), 如果这时我的机器坏了, 我
怎么来restore from those two files呢? 就是在我install了OS和Oracle software后
, 怎么做? 能不能详细点?? 谢谢....(看website好象只有recover单个tablespace和

1. os backup: 通过操作系统的copy命令来备份
2. rman backup: 通过oracle rman工具来备份
不管你用os还是rman备份,你都要备份:
data files, archived log files (not redo log files), control file
spfile或者pfile是oracle启动时的初始化参数文件
可以备份,也可以不备份 |

have shared storage available.
In step 1, you got the converted datafiles from windows, copied to shared
storage in you RAC environment.(you need step2 if you want to use ASM).
Since you got all datafiles, you can adjust the script generated during rman
convert to create control file for RAC. Also change the original spfile to
make it RAC ready. |

我以前都是用microsoft官方的 SPfile.exe /integrate命令集成sp到windows (xp/
vista) image里去的，省事省心
可惜windows7和server 2008R2声称不再支持这个命令参数了，要用第三方软件…… |
