referendum），一次昂贵的期中考。在中期选举前，民主党说会有蓝色海啸，共和党说
将有红色巨浪。在中期选举后，两党各自单方面宣布胜利，而且是巨大的胜利。若是同
时看两派的人的言论，都怀疑是不是在说同一场选举。
如果说这次选举有一个关键字，不是谁赢了，而是，“温和派”的声音以后会越来越小
。不难预见在未来的几年甚至十几年，两党都会向各自的极端大步迈进。VOX更丧，直

值，而且只有一年。
好球员不会满足于这个年限与长度的合同，这只是一个手续。原属A队的球员可以拒绝
这个offer但还是和A队签个年限更长的合同；如果这个A队的球员不签这个offer转去B
队那么来年选秀A队从B队得一个选秀权作为补偿（如果B队最好的选秀签签在前10则付
出第二好的，否则给最好的），在新秀签约金等方面也有补偿。
球员做决定的deadline是下周一。
去年得这个offer的没有一个签的，且最终只有一个球员和原来的队签约，就是David
Ortiz签了两年。去年游骑兵的Hamilton也收到了offer，以他的年薪去年的qualified
offer是降薪，肯定不会接受的，球队给出这个offer就是为了一旦后续沟通失败保证拿
个选秀权。换句话说，看见这个offer就乐得直蹦马上签约的球员是得不到这个offer的。
综上，很可能三个人都不签，Napoli可能要至少两年的合同（本来三年39m因为查出伤
