SPEED日前特别在《Music Station Special》作最后演出，4人一起策画演出及挑选
歌曲，喜爱画画的新垣仁绘更现场露了一手，设计整个摄影棚的布景，在4人巧花心
思下，整个舞台设计具有他们年轻的感觉。
当她们唱到《Starting Over》这首歌曲时，由于歌词中的意境正好与他们目前心境
相符，上原多香子当场便泣不成声，岛袋宽子则上前拥抱上原，感人画面令台下参与
的歌迷也频频拭泪，而4人在接受节目主持人的花束祝福时，更是抱成一团痛哭。
今后除了新垣仁绘到美国留学，其馀3人都以歌手重新发展，不过虽然解散了，一起
相聚的机会却不会减少，像是今年6月4日上原多香子、今井绘理子和岛袋宽子便会在
冲绳举行的高峰会中同台演出。然而4位小女生最大的梦想是能在NHK的红白大赛上
4人再举办 |

So even in D, when you stop your car, the revolution is still idel.
idle speed is not a constant number, but controlled and adjusted by on board
computer. Your 500 rpm at D stop looks too low.
If car shacks==> means unstable air/gas mixture: air leaking or no gas
If car not shacks==> means air/gas mixture is stable but no sufficient air or
gas: check throttle or fuel injection...

前些时候一个周六，LG领了他第一张Speeding Ticket，就在520转South 405的高速上。
当时Traffic很少，周围车都开的很快。我们被拦下的时候，警察说我们开了78，限速
是60。没什么好说的，一张罚单。
我并不想Fight，以前自己Fight过几次。无非走两条路线，要不就是求情，给个宽大处
理。要不就是不承认有开那么快，可是警察肯定有铁证如山在手上。都没什么太大的希
望。尤其在以前住的那个小Town，警察和法官都说不准是小学同学，中学Buddy，根本
就是一致对外的。不如直接交钱省心。
是他坚持要去Appeal。也做了一些准备。今天上了Court，成绩是罚款被减低一半。
首先，在网上意外的发现了一个网站。据说是几个退休的警察弄的，说是实在看不下去

塞的, 就这段半迈的连接两段高速的路段很空, 所以开了这么多年, 到了这段路都开得
很快, 别的车也是. 谁知去年那段时间交警会出现在那段路上, 自己吃了ticket之后,
基本上隔个一两天就会看到别人也倒霉了, 一直持续了两个月左右, 交警才消失.
其实一般speeding ticket很难去argue, 我在网上search了很多fight trick, 好象都
没什么帮助, 现在警察都是带薪不用请假出庭的, 测速用的都是laser gun, 很精确.
Anyway, 我虽然plea no guilty, 不过也只是抱着侥幸心理试试. 结果出庭日期订在今
年2月, 隔整整大半年.
今年公司新出了legal plan, 我正好乐得找个免费律师, 好歹不用自己请假出庭了. 这
是个老美律师, 没见过面, 就是电话和email联系的, 也没联系两次, 因为他也说没什
么希望赢, 就希望警察缺席.
结果开庭那天警察还是来了,因为他有几个case都约在那天.是个state troope |

限速70，一直开在80一上，一度开到90，而且在90的时候终于被警察逮到了，20 over
70。亏我一路很小心，一直看着前面后面有没有警察。我觉察情况不对，要减速的时候
，警灯已经亮了。警察叔叔后来说跟了我三麦，罚我168刀。
我是新司机，才开半年不到的车。朋友早跟我说过，我这么开，迟早要吃speeding
ticket的。只不过一直没有放在心上。
对于ticket本身，我不怨警察，反而谢谢他。吃了这张ticket，以后开车就会稳当很多
了，自己小命的安全系数应该会高很多。就当花钱买小命吧。
但是第一次吃ticket，完全不知所措，上来问问大家的意见。
首先我是从Hertz租的车。这点刚刚查过了，speeding ticket好像应该跟Hertz无关。
第二就是应对措施。我是FL的驾照，在Iowa吃的ticket。上庭日期是4.22号，那个时候
我已经不在Iowa了。但最近会在这边呆几天。
要不要趁这几天时间去court看看，能不能减点超速速度或者罚款金额？找律师这个方
法如何？另外，我没有在tic |

到了sign，就踩了啥车，这时候看见对面一辆truck（不是警车）闪着灯转过来跟着我
，刚开始没觉得是找我，过了半分钟还跟着，就靠边停了，结果人家下来说我25mph开
了58，我晕死，因为3年来第一次拿ticket，有些紧张，他问我的时候，我以为我看到

还是3－40，谁刹车没有个过程？后来又求情，就说给我算抄了15mile。
等我回到家看到ticket的时候，他写的charge是speeding (58 in 25),但是在下面的
mPH over写的是15。到时候付罚款的时候，法官看哪个啊？那个58 in 25可是很严重的

不小心到了55. 以后一定小心。
Nature of offense写的是：Failed to obey posted speed limit.罚了100多
开ticket的警察说不会扣点，不会涨保险。
不过我现在有点小疑问。
1.我要是交罚款的话，应该plea guilty 还是 not guilty？
2.支票寄到哪个地址？ ticket上有2个地址，一个是 "address of magisterial
district office", 还有一个是"station address of police office"?

车约1~2分钟，见sign只是被放倒，并无损坏以及其它物品损耗，遂开车离开去
shopping。晚上回家把sign放回原位。以为事情了结。
回家发现学校校警留了名片要回电话，按要求打过去，问之何事，当值警察答曰不知，
让我们明天找留名片的警察谈。
周日早晨被敲门声吵醒，原来警察找上门，搞了半天是因为speed limit sign的事，我
说是俺撞的，俺把sign给竖起来。被告知我停来下1分钟（警察曰报警的人or证人说，
没听清楚）没有report，没有等警察来就走了，情节很恶劣。我说sorry，I didn't
know I should report an accident involving only a traffic sign to the police
。警察曰，你应该知道，任何事情都需要上报警察待在原地不动等警察来处理，我的职
责是让你知道，让你从中吸取教训。觉得有理，也就没说啥。警察遂要了俺的驾照去开
ticket。
警察开了ticket回来详细解释，说一定是给俺misd |

对我而言，我的经验就是fight speeding ticket不是去为自己辩护的（大部分没上过
庭的中国同学的误区），而是去attack警察的证词以及证据的。因为当你指出了警察
statement或affidavit中的问题，他的charge就会被质疑，那么prosecution lacks a
foundation。
首先，遇到speeding ticket，能fight尽量fight，因为这是moving infraction，是会
报到dol加入你的driving record，大部分情况下可能会影响你的保险，那就不是100来
刀的问题，而是将近几百刀甚至1000刀的了。而且如果你相信你确实没超速，或者说警
察夸大了，更要contested hearing了。
其次，首先联系prosecution agency 来request discovery，这个很重要，因为

我在follow the traffic，左lane速度很快，我就换到了右lane想继续follow the
slower traffic，结果刚换过来，路边岔路口停的警车就跟了过来，但他一直没打灯。
我有点心虚，就pull over到shoulder，然后警车也跟了上来，他开始闪警灯。
然后就给了我一张speeding ticket。
今天仔细一看，警察把时间写错了，am和pm的位置，警察给勾错了，ie，把晚上8:30写
成了早上8:30。（登陆NJ的ticket查询系统，也是写的早上8：30）。
但我有飞机票和登机牌证明我早上8:30正在飞机上。。。
请问，警察把时间写错了，这能够作为充分理由把ticket dismiss掉吗？我在外州无法
上庭呢？谢谢！ |

比我开的快，后面的车又紧逼着我，结果在路易斯安娜州12号公路上被条子横插进来
pull over，说我60上开71。让我在单上签名然后让我寄钱去单子后面的地址。我很不
服，明显一个speeding trap，当时周围很多18轮，又是一个下坡。几年前上课的时候
说要大家keep traffic的，结果今天keep traffic反而倒霉了。该州离我家千迈，不太

的时候尽管非常小心了，但有几次还是听到了bump蹭到底盘的声音。我的车被之前的
owner改了悬挂，降了车身，再加了个body kit（side fender?)，本来我一直挺喜欢的
，这下可郁闷了……不知道是否需要找个地方看看？

突然一警车从又驶出将我pull over, 告诉我在限速45处， 开到72.
我说我第一次到这里， 路况不熟， 警察就要了， 保险加驾照， 开了罚单： $450.00.
说不服， 可以上庭。
第一次拿speeding ticket, 数额还不小。 回家查了speed limit的牌子离pull over的

0.4mile. 开车39sec, 我确实没看到那个牌牌。

自东向西，在城郊。开44左右，警察测46。警察说是school zone限速25。但是警察只
给了一张普通speeding ticket，而非school zone speeding. 不过超21mile 扣4分。
问题是哪条路我开了至少100遍了。以前绝对没有school zone的标志，至少本周二没有。结果下午回去时候特地看了看，TMD结果就发现了全新的school zone标志，奶奶的99%是今天或者昨天刚装上的，地上的坑都明显是刚填上的。早上大雨，视线模糊。双向6车道我在最里面，根本注意不到新装上的标志（也有很大可能是早上根本没有，中午刚立上）。 估计警察就抓住这个机会创收。
我查了州的traffic law, 说school zone限速必须要满足4个条件，第三个条件说必须children are present. 当时已经9点半，路上没有学生。另外那个学校现在根本没有operating.
大家说我该怎么办。上庭免掉的希望大么？另外，如果一个城市新立了交通标志牌，从哪里可以查到相关信息？ 州交通部网上查不到。 |

no conviction，supervision会一直在record上，没有可能off；如果不请求
supervision，就会有points。

12个月内在德州另外一小镇又吃了一张speeding ticket,我可以再申请defensive
driving吗？法官是不是会发现我去年的defensive driving记录而拒绝。
有什么办法不会有记录？
小镇离我住处有三个多小时车程

发帖数: 10422 | 49 你的那个罚单可能不算speeding，算failed to obey什么limit之类的（具体记不清了
）。我前年和去年各吃了一次。第一次71/45（US hwy，不是高速），第二次86/55（高
速）。警察开罚单后告诉我这个不算speeding，不计点，罚款也少些（好像就是120）
，不影响保险费率。所以就交了不上庭了。
估计这样搞的话大多被罚的人也就选择交钱算了。警察也懒得上庭了。算是薄利多销吧。
不过楼主103/65这个确实超的太过了。。。
