adjustment I was talking about is a small and subtle one, and may not even
be visible to the spectator. it could make some run better, make others run
worse. I know it works for me, but it may not work for you. for those of us
chasing PRs, 1% or 2% improvement would still be huge.

今天天气很适合跑步，55F, thick cloud coverage.在8-12Mile之间左膝一直疼痛，到
13Mi后终于run through the knee pain. 14-20M之间感觉非常好，一路超人。但到了
21Mi,两边小腿肌肉都开始跳，只好减速，23M之后更是又跳又抽，只好走走跑跑，痛苦
不堪地坚持到了终点。终于明白了respect the distance是什么意思。自己觉得训练还
可以，可能是训练中只练过20M的long run,而且肌肉不强，所以一过20M两条腿就都自
动give up了。
这次比赛的组织还是不错，很多spectators,有一段在海边风景很好，终点更是人气极
旺，热闹非凡。虽然跑的不尽如意，但还是很enjoy这个过程。年底再战NY Marathon,
争取破4.

今年跑下来感觉很顺利，在37K左右略微有点抽筋，一会儿就好了。跑完发现右脚掌起
泡了。

络报名，估计以后的IMAZ都得提前1年来做志愿者才可能报上了.
这周末举家带娃带狗辛苦开车5个多小时去做志愿者也算值得，报上了2015的IMAZ,
花了将近800大洋，俺明年的主要目标有了，冬训正式开始.

从观赏角度来说，有从soccer迷变成football迷的，很少见到有相反的。
凭什么，因为football每一秒都充满了刺激和悬念，每一次进攻都是给人
以窒息感近身肉搏刺刀见红，而中间的所谓“停顿”正好是一张一驰的那
一驰。
足球从上帝角度的spectator来说，其实就是一个从头到尾充斥着各种失误
的运动，场上球员其实大部分时候都不知道在当前最正确的选择的是什么，
只是经过长期训练模模糊糊知道怎么做成功的概率比较高。当然，足球的特
点是，通过只允许用脚来控制球，人为的提高了执行的技术难度，也就拉近
了普通人和大部分球星的距离。不过问题是，人是通过长期进化才发展出精
细的双手来控制其他物体，为啥soccer要go back到用脚来搞这些东东呢。
当然也正是因为如此，非要规定用脚去勉为其难的控球，才逼迫各种假摔帝

古屋鲸八一战，因泰达足球场出现大批球迷投掷矿水瓶行为，造成比赛一度中断，亚足
联对此开出重磅罚单。天津泰达俱乐部被罚7500美元，且5月15 日VS城南一和一战，天
津泰达足球场将不允许有观众入场观赛，比赛将空场进行。
和名古屋鲸八一战，泰达队上下士气不高，主场0-3告负。然而比赛中途，泰达看
台上的球迷向赛场内乱扔水瓶，先是遭到对方球员投诉，此后主裁判一度暂停比赛，而
现场球迷过激的行为也是引来了客队的不满。当时现场混乱的场面也预示了泰达球场恐

，时而大呼小叫。最后李娜进入决赛，我们全家都沸腾啦。决赛当然不容错过！
整场比赛紧张，叫人提心吊胆。在比赛进入第三局时，李娜明显落于下风。这时我屏气
收声，好似我的全神贯注能将能量注入赛场的李娜身上一般。这时孩子们开始坐不住了
，一会蹦，一会喊。我十分生气，最后忍无可忍，冲上去打了两个孩子一人一个屁股。
最后李娜输了，我一言不发就去睡了。
昨天和朋友聊天，谈起了李娜的比赛。说到了她去和裁判辩论什么的事。我记得当时解
说员说到什么CHINESE。所以我认定是有观众说了什么侮辱中国人的话，激怒了李娜去
抗议。我朋友说，不是那么回事。李娜是去找裁判抗议中国观众干扰了她的比赛。我笑
了，这怎么可能，我能信吗？
今天无意中看了一篇当地报道李娜比赛的报道。令我无比吃惊的是还真是我朋友对的！
李娜对英国籍裁判说：can you tell the Chinese spectators not to teach me how
to play tennis?

and you are playing for the next shot... there is no level of
aggressiveness as you described. Sure, some shots may seem more aggressive
than others from spectators point of view. But to the player himself its
just another shot... a shot with 3 options of execution.

q3之后还是有很多这种类型的游戏的啦，例如doom3的对战，一度是q3选手改行的热门
，那rocketboy不还赢了fatality拿了100万么，不过手感多少有点差别就是了
当然实际上现在q3的比赛仍然很多，quakelive上人多的是，常常就spectate到世界冠
军虐菜鸟了,我这种q3过来的人就喜欢tf2这种稍微还带点q3手感的游戏，对cod那种纯
cs手感的就不大喜欢了 |
