K到2，都作过学校里面的义工，但不是楼主那个学校的。但是我对学校的印象和这个帖
子里面说的差不多。美国老师还是照顾大多数的。落后和超前的，基本是义工管。超前
的，能自己做题的，就是小孩自己学。落后的，要是没有义工，就可能没人管。SPECIA

我原来在Doyle从K到Grade 2跟班做义工。 老师照顾的是全班的教学进度， 对far
behind的孩子， 老师基本上交给义工和实习老师， 帮助写字， 拼写， 阅读和算术。
其实这是个恶心循环， 因为后进孩子就没法跟全班一起上课， 总是落后。 记得有个
孩子偏小， 家长用了曲线救国手段调过K， 直接上一年级， 对老师和义工是个大挑战

医生的猫腻我见的多了，华人的白人的都一样。美国的保险高涨，肯定不是华人
医生折腾的，你没见到强奸犯还免费领到伟哥呢吗。
保险，医生和病人，这三个环节中，病人是弱势，医生其实也好不了哪里，最黑
的当属保险公司。联邦规定，每看一次病人，任何保险最低都需要给付医生$100
，大家看看各自的帐单，有几个医生office visit 可以拿到100的？连看specia
list也就拿到70，可问题是保险公司pay给医生这么少，按理说是为大众谋了福利
，可并没有把所得到的利润回馈给病人啊，保险费用还节节上升。医生也不敢抱
怨，抱怨你就别加入啊，看你还有病人没。
不过这可以理解，保险公司又不是慈善事业，谋取最大的利润是保险公司的最高
利益。医生有时候还做做义诊呢。都别站在这么高的道德高度上，在保险，医生
和病人的三方关系中，病人替保险公司打抱不平，岂不是让保险公司老板们笑掉
大牙。
我接触过的华人医生，都跟他们探讨过怎么可以在既有保险下获得最大利益的问
题。别以为找个美国医生都是一身正气，那是华人病人们跟白人 |
