所以请大家搞清楚有的人生成油工其实绝大多数的可能性是油服工。那里面全是屌丝，
基本上本科是国内垃圾学校什么xx石油学院的，这边读个硕士什么的因为他们基本上
phd是不可能毕业的所以早早的放弃了。
第二，油工不一定是petroleum eng专业的，油工里面职业发展最好的是reservoir eng
，这个其实数学好编程扎实谁都能来做，至少我知道康菲里面这个方向的大拿是个越南
华人学数学的背景，很聪明很nb，反而那些xx石油学院的都是做不了只能苦哈哈的干现

在星期一的会议 （Aug 7），果然是PIP，列的一些理由好多非常荒谬。
1. 说我code review的时候没发现别人的严重bug。其实所有的人都approve了，老板的
小红我也没发现也approve了，单挑我的问题。
2. 说我code的命名不好，但举不出任何例子
3. 有次会议迟到一个小时 这个也要说（是没通知），但是是生病了起晚了没办法通知
啊。
4. 还有好多莫须有的东西
有些是实际上的问题。后来跟老板单独谈的结果是：他其实觉得我工作还行，但是达不
到Senior的要求。所以想fire我。其实找的理由好多都是欲加之罪而已。
当时会议我蛮激动的，与会的有Manger, Director of engineer, HR，我。几乎全程是
Director 在主导这个过程（他是新来几周而已），感觉我的Manager跟我共事太久下不
了这个手。
Director提出的所有的PIP的理由我都当场反驳了。反正流程走完了，我立刻说要请三
周假，再回来讨论PIP。HR说我performance有问题不能再请假。

先看新东方集团的组织结构图，见附件一（2006年上市时候的）
我们可以看到当时的上市的新东方集团有两大股东，中国新东方持股Share Holders of
New Oriential China和老虎环球基金Tiger Global（就是之前破产过的那个老虎基金
，也是这次狙击的重要目标）。而其中的中国新东方持股，其实还包括有另三家境外投

My case is I-485 pending now and my AP will be expired on Aug 10th, 2010. I
am planing to spend following year back to China (for job sake), starting
from next week. I know I have to come back to renew my AP before its expiry.
My question is if I can send out my renew application when I am still in
china and before my current AP expiry, let us say, July 1st, 2010, then come
back to U.S. on Aug 1st, before expiry, and wait for renewed AP arrival.
