人大代表的选举制度本身好歹还有点样子，不过人大的运作制度问题较大，从提案到立
法整个过程不太规范，有些黑箱操作，应该开几个类似C-SPAN, C-SPAN2, C-SPAN3的媒
体直播整个辩论过程。透明度上了一定的台阶，至少尊重常识判断的人会少指责这些制
度，不用你这种硬性地强买强卖 这些制度也会有更大的市场。 |
