Phoenix这组其实也蛮刺激，季前被预测最强的Connecticut与排名收盘时第一的Stanford
都在这里。意外，居然发生了，Stanford提早阵亡，真是欲哭无泪，这个学校难道真没有
冠军命吗？
ⅱ首轮∶没有意外的结局
Stanford(1)牛刀小试的以71比45轻取Southland联盟的Texas-San Antonio。我倒是经常
在Hawaii大学的比赛中碰到Southland的球队，实力是不怎麽样。而(8)Alabama与Missour
i Valley的South Illinois(9)却有一场恶斗。South Illinois今年球季打得非常不错，
在季末还打进了Top25里，但是他们在联盟冠军战输给了Southwest Mississippi State，
可说是霉运当头。而Alabama今年战绩不佳，被找进锦标赛还颇有争议，但是他们後场群
却很凶狠。他们与South

Rice was 1927 in Mississippi. The court ruled that the Chinese girl was not

骑驴找马快两月了，人在西海岸，最近接到NYC一家start up的offer，他家是在网上提
供small business的morgage的，工作职责主要是做risk model validation，pay的一
般，比现在高出不到10%,但是这家start up发展势头不错,连续两年revenue double。
问题是我不太了解网络金融这个行业，不知道在里面做model validation有没有前景，
我在犹豫该不该接这个offer，这家要三天给答复，西岸还有两家fund在面试中，但不
确定能否有offer,各位能否给点意见，拜谢！ |

其实南边的AURORA还是不错的，北边嘛，就是新闻报道的热门地点，什么枪击啊，抢劫
啊，都在北边。
南边一小块还是CHERRY CREEk的学区，只是学校的分数可能没有ENGLEWOOD的
CHERRYCREEK的高。
南边有一个SOUTHLAND MALL，基本上的商店都有吧，太平洋据说要在AURORA开分店了
，希望到时候能经常去买菜。 |

迪斯尼四个陆地公园，Magic Kingdom最没意思，给小孩儿玩儿的， Epcot第二没意思
，可以放在同一天，入口相同的，小火车中转站在一起。建议早晨去Epcot，小火车去小火车
回。下午到Magic Kingdom，因为晚上城堡开灯还挺好看的，而且焰火天天有，风雨无阻。可
以坐船去入口，小火车返回。不过，Epcot晚上也有焰火。Animal Kingdom和Hollywood
Studio还都不错，可以放在两天，然后根据喜好情况决定哪天稍带着Disney Downtown逛。我
之前是Hollywood Studio和Downtown放在一天的。

环球影城一共就两个公园，跑得快的话一天能逛完，如果想慢慢玩儿，两天吧，呵呵。

口东南角的southland christian school，人下周日到，17岁女生活泼礼貌懂事。现在
急寻homestay，就是传统意义上的单间包吃包住包日常接送，而且能当监护人guardian
陪同去学校注册填表。
要求：夫妻家庭，有固定住所，东区更佳。单身男士家庭谢绝。
学校refer的homestay一个月都在1000左右，我也愿出1000块。只因想省去referal fee
而且想找华人家庭所以才不托学校refer。

认罪，她涉嫌为一些国际学生提供在美留学签证，而绝大多数学生从未到过学校。
崔恩珠（Eun Young “Jamie” Choi）现年35岁，据联邦检察官办公室透露，她已经承
认两项与移民欺诈有关的罪名，并于今年1月11日宣判。
今年3月份的一份起诉书中显示，数百名学生就读于南方职业学校，很多学生来自外州
，有些人甚至从来没有真正踏足过学校一步。
被指控的学校从韩国人、中国人和其他国家学生那里每年累计收取约600万美金，牵涉
其中的学校有：韩国城Prodee大学，沃尔特杰伊博士研究所（Walter Jay M.D.
Institue）、美国法医研究大学（American College of Forensic Studies）和阿罕布
