今天听了一个很著名的Economist 的讲座， 说的是open-source software 之后的动机
。 他说的是这些open-source software 的编写者 give the software for free, but
make the profit in complementary sales/services, Basically, he meant
although it's so easy to make copies of softwares, but when you are in
trouble, you would only be able to get help |

common source说把source voltage固定，动gate voltage，电流改变，
然后改变Rd的压降，得到输出，
common gate说把gate voltage固定，动source voltage，电流改变，
改变Rd压降，得到输出。在saturation mode里，I和Vgs直接一对一的话
变Vg和变Vs效果好像在I上一样
不知道为什么不一样了

- Re 这个，以前 svn checkout 一个branch, 喝杯咖啡的时间都搞不定，现在一眨眼
就搞好了。local 随便branch,很方便 。
- 我靠 你真的是需要开眼界了， 50-100个人用一个code base 太他妈正常了。为什么
你们公司不这么干，因为svn 做不到。
comments: SVN做不到？真的假的？
而且还有这样的敏捷开发
- 人帮我fix了，弄个pull request, 我老跑一下整合测试，没发现问题，merge，半个
小时的事，这个叫做合作。
comment: 你这merge进去的code，怎么通知其他的team? oh 对了，其他的team直接
build你的source code，直接就上prod了。太爽了，直冲云霄啊。Apache应该直接用你
的经验，还用啥maven啥dependency jar的，整个fundation直接source code build，
一步到位。 我现在知道贵公司为什么只有一个perforce license了，因为大家都不太

打算今后一段时间专门专注于open source，专门提供增值服务，例如
1）web方面，专门提供基于open source的软件 （类似wordpress，drupal）的二次
开发
2）商用领域，找准几个产品，比如asterisk,做2次开发
3) 办公领域,重点瞄准ms office，crystal report等流行产品作2次开发
等等
不过估计因为都是project by project，仅仅能赚个辛苦钱 :(
