我其实并不觉得有很多dust。以前用fresh step的时候桌上常有小灰脚印，现在都没了
，我清理沙盆的时候也没觉得呛。还有从前我家有只猫喜欢造山运动，搞得灰到处飞，
现在用world's best基本上是跳进去转一圈，蹲下解决，随便扒拉一下然后就立马跳出

are you using apache? I'm not familiar with these stuffs at all, but I suggest
you do the following:
1. read the document of the http server.
2. test if you can execute the cgi program from a shell.
3. check in the html wheter the ACTION string contains a "?"
4. make sure the first line of the perl script contains #!/bin/perl (or
wherever perl is).

另一个版块有人这么回复的，看完又有点混乱了。
这个case实际是2010年一个电影"Conviction"的原型，不过电影讲的是被告的姐姐如何
帮被告洗脱罪名，最后由于DNA evidence被告宣判无罪。可惜和我要解释的被告上诉没
半点关系。
上诉结果和你的理论一样，even assuming judge had instruct jury that
intoxication may render a statement involuntary, result wouldn't be
different since defense counsel cross-examined witnesses and argued the
issue (whether intoxication render the statement involuntary) in closing
argument.

自从拿到录取通知书以后，我一直想写一个申请总结。我没有动笔的原因，除了懒以外，
是我觉得对于申请MPP的同学来说，最重要的并不是申请细节，而是MPP录取的标准和申请
MPP的理由。而对于后两点，我拿到录取之时根本就是一窍不通，因此不敢误人子弟（鉴
于我以前已经误过不少…）。现在到芝大混迹了1个多月，跟Admission Dean，跟
Profes
sor，跟alumni，跟学长，跟同学都有所交流；我将尽可能依赖第一手资料来进行总结，
希望对大家有所帮助。
当然，我访谈的样本量并不大，在代表性上也有很大问题（比如我至今未找到读了MPP并
且在美国工作的中国人）；同时，本文许多观点纯属个人臆断和个人经验（N=1），正确

First, it is more routine to use old_value as denominator
rather than new value
Second, you cannot just abs(diff) then divided by denominator,
you must take absolute value of all of them
