独裁比较容易追求效率是事实，就象营利性的公司，没有一家成功的公司靠民主而成功
，靠的是独裁，靠的是自上而下的hierarchy，所以公司能取得成功，so did 一些国家
地区，比如日本韩国台湾。但是独裁的问题是公平，因为公司里CEO跟员工，上级和下
级不可能谈公平。
民主不侧重效率，讲的是公平，一人一票简单可行，而且表面看起来似乎天然正义，所
以根本不用动脑子的方法就是“一人一票”，大家都没啥抱怨的。但是一人一票本质上
没有丝毫品位，最后必然结果是劣币淘汰良币，越来越走向比烂，因为这世界上永远都
是没品位的烂人数量居多，玩“一人一票”票蛆赢。这里涉及到“民主周期率”的问题
，这个问题好象没人提，一来民主天然正义合法，好象不该有周期率问题，二来我们还
没有碰到民主周期率生效。但是没碰到不等于没有，目前世界民主体制有逐步走向失败
的趋势，不久的将来我们可能会见到民主周期率生效。

and will cancel before renewal. Now my credit cards shows $2 monthly charge
for the 2nd month.
Questions:
1) Is $2 for a month or year magazine?
2) If it's for a year, who should I contact?
3) If it's for monthly (in that case, it's my misunderstanding), can I
cancel the remaining subscription or I have to pay $24 anyway now? $24 a

刚好因为工作，接触到很多这样家里有残疾孩子的家庭，打官司的不少，最后能settle
很少， 除了医疗证据还有很多其他的因素，其中有一个就是孩子的父母最后会不会照
顾孩子，一旦有证据，孩子父母忽视孩子，哪怕只是miss 几次康复训练，父母即使赢
