The sample can be cast to form thin film on quartz or glass slide then
measure the PL.
You can also buy a powder holder. Then you can directly load the powder into
it and test the PL. |

for few Top research Lab, cuz MEMS still have not found large commercial
macket. and if you are working on the cutting edge of Semiconductor Research,
you have to face cityzenship problem, yes, Americans do find great jobs.
But, it is relatively easy to find a faculty job with MEMS backgroud
as MS lever, it sucks working like a Fab technician.

how can I calculate the solid angle the detector coverd, any formular?
