查了查网上说肌肉太弱(gluteus medius)可能是原因之一(我屁股一直很小,很扁平)
。而且是左腿受伤: 我左腿比右腿细多了,而且左小腿几乎没有soleus,而右腿的
soleus很发达.
看来肌肉不行是个大问题啊... |

我右腿比左腿粗很多,而且我左小腿几乎没有soleus,右小腿的soleus很大。
可能是站立的时候,我总是用右腿作为支撑腿的原因。
我的personal trainer和physical therapist都不建议我over correction--就是只练
一边的力量或者把所有重量都压在左边(不知道为啥)。而且也不能用反着翘二郎腿来
改变,因为翘二郎腿本来就对脊椎和其他相关骨骼不好。
press运动时,左腿力量比右腿大很多。。。
腿增肌,变成一样大呢... 我个人当然是倾向让左腿变小,当然让右腿变大也可以,
因为左腿还不算很大~~ |

突然增加mileage这个真的不好控制啊,比如说我平时跑15miles/week,然后接着一个星
期跑了0miles/week,下一个星期该跑多少呢?我一般还是跑15miles/week,这样是不是
就算a sudden increase了呢?按照10%的原则,如果这个星期从3miles/week跑,再过
一个星期跑3.3miles/week,然后3.63miles/week。。。还跑个啥啊???
我怕的是我两条腿长度不一样,因为我两条腿的粗度不一样。比如说,我的右边小腿
gastrocnemius下面的soleus比左边粗2厘米(这个地方应该是很小的围度哦,我居然能差2厘米。。。我的两大腿和两小腿都差不到2厘米的)。

原来怀疑是鞋子磨损太厉害,左脚鞋子的后脚跟外侧磨得很厉害。上个星期换了鞋子,
把每天的3mile
改成了2mile多,还是疼。不知道版上那位也遇到过类似的问题,应该怎么解决。

开始很酸很酸。跑完过半个小时就没事了。正常吗?是不是跑的时候应该撑过去?
我根据那个9 weeks to 5k的那个plan,现在已经到第六周了,如果开始两星期是不适
应,应该早就好了吧?
另外,现在我遇到瓶颈. plan说20min 2miles,我跑最多12分钟以后就是在吃不消要停
下来。请问应该怎么突破? |

above my right ankle. It didn't seem to be a big deal at the time, but just
hours after I finished my workout it became a fully blown inflammation and
hurt when I walked. In my past experience, an injury that shows up all of a
sudden AFTER a run is usually not so serious and should be only temporary.

bit of localized swelling. it is now clear that I had a bit tear in the
tendon connecting my soleus muscle to the ankle. the injury was worse than I
expected initially, and it was wise to skip my workouts all together. will
see if I can do a recovery run tomorrow. if not, I may need to adjust my
goals at CIM and change my training plan altogether. |

害,似乎是跑太猛拉伤的。

年几年断断续续的跑步都没有达到,去年离目标最近时跑了51:23,不过后来又没有坚
持训练下去。大学时有一个同班同学,同属班里体育高手,经常系运会4x100m我跑最长
一棒(貌似第二棒比较长),他跑最后一棒。来美后听说他跑10k可以sub 48 min,非
常羡慕。当然现在版上sub 40 min的人车载斗量,50分钟的万米真是小意思了。对于我
来说,则是了了一桩心愿。以后可能还能跑得更快,但也许都没这次印象深刻。
些改动。这个网站我有在本版介绍过,貌似是一个搞不清楚是在南非还是北欧的免费网
上教练,你按照他的体系练,他给点指点,估计是靠网络的流量赚广告钱,也接受捐款
。这个网站的计划对我这次很快突破 50分钟帮助很大,后面称这个训练计划为TTR计划
。我的主要改动是:
150低于我最大心率的75%。这样easy run绝对不会跑得过快。而且至少跑3迈,TTR计划
