it is a paste, not a solid wire.
most of the solder nowadays contains flux inside already.
do not but the lead free one, it requires higher temperature and harder to
flow. get the eutectic 63/37 solder, low temperature and good flow
if you just need the flux, you can order flux only.
for audio stuff, i used Cardas quad eutectic solder also, I know, it is a

point again.
It's a 50W station and has digital temperature control from 350-850 degrees
with temperature lockout.
It includes a PES51 soldering pencil, PH50 stand and sponge.
This is nowhere in the league of the $10 ratshack solderers. You're much
more likely to burn out components or take forever to do any soldering. I
have it and it's nice

bit, use a tweezer to push the part onto the pads and use a fine tip to
melt the tin on the pads.
sot23 parts can be done this way too.
for multi-pin chips, I coat the pcb with solder paste (mostly solder but
also some flux), put on the part, and use a hotair gun to melt the paste.
the trick is to use the right amount of paste: if you used too much, you can
always wipe them off with a fine multi-strand copper wire. it d |

but haven't tried yet. I want to build a 2812 board, the DSP has 176 pins
and LQFP package. So it should be applicable, right. Will the solder paste
make the jumper(connect 2 pins) because the distance between each pin is so
narrow?
By the way, do you have some recommendations for buying a hot air soldering
station? Thank you.

that's why the paste has flux. But it does take practice to get it right.
If you used too much, just use a fine bread of copper wires and press it
against the pins with a hot iron.

this one for a while. Price on Amazon has been ~$129 for a long time now and
just saw it dropped to ~$99. This is the lowest I've seen it over the past
couple of months.
This is a 50 Watt station with a digital temperature display. Seems to have
slightly lower reviews than the WES51, it's analogue counterpart, but it is
supposed to be identical aside from the display.
Supposedly good for lead-free applications as well.

the chip.
首先一个问题：为什么要用wiifree???
1． Almost Free.
2． Upgradeable. 现在市面上流行的三种chip，1) winja, 不能upgrade, 2)
cyclowiz, 号称可以upgrade，但是很值得怀疑，官方的upgrade至今还没有出现，已经
跳票了好几个星期了。而且bug非常多。3）wiikey, 这个是目前评价是最好的，可以
upgrade，但是需要刻DVD，而且我很怀疑究竟能upgrade到什么程度。如果nitendo发现
了mod的问题，改进firmware的话，很有可能chip就废了。DVD upgrade 毕竟是 very
limited.
3． 即插即用。如果焊一般的chip,很难disable.很容易被nitendo发现。（当然你
可以加switch）. 就像早期的xbox一样。Wiifree 是插在socket里面的，拔出来就完全
disable了。

因为种种原因，拆了一个Bar，就要把原有的水管子封了。 我当时也在旁边看着。 装
修师傅先关了水阀，然后cut热水冷水两根管子。 结果两个管子都不停出水。 后来打
开了地下室的水管放水。热水水管很快停了，就solder了管子；但是冷水的管子怎么都
有点水，装修师傅用paper napkin擦了几次管子里面都有水，后来装修师傅问我有没有
面包。我家确实没有面包，我说我出去买点，装修师傅说不用了，就看他直接就把一张
paper napkin塞进那个冷水管子里，然后就solder了那个管子。
我有点发蒙，后来装修师傅还解释。 这种里面有水的管子，用面包塞下去，会争取到
一点时间让管子里面是干的，然后快速solder上。
但是我家没有面包，他用的paper napkin啊！这个paper napkin就在水管了吗？ 有问
题吗？ 我喝的水有问题吗？
问装修师傅，他说没有问题。
我但是刚下夜班，坐着看了他们装修半天，头晕脑花，也坚持问不下去。 今天缓过神

发帖数: 2542 | 40 中午电视彻底打不开了，下午google了方法和需要的东西，去radio shack一一买来。
搞笑的是女售货员听说是买电容修三星电视，如同见了亲人，拉着我的手，激动的说她
的电视也是这个问题。。。
在她的帮助下选好了solder iron，solder和solder sucker，还有几个电容（part
number 272-1032，有需要的照这个买）。回来依葫芦画瓢，youtube上找了个视频，按
部就班，把老化的电容脚融化后扯下来，把新的电容装上去，注意正负极不能错，焊接
好，装机，开机——5秒之后，ESPN上lisanity的画面跃然而出。
后记：自己从来没摸过电路。版上的牛人估计10分钟就能搞定。 |

），加新锡焊上去。

将少量solder涂在固定样品的地方，放上样品。然后180度左右固化。p电极，如你所说
，使用wire bonding。
具体solder的名字不是很清楚。你找一个cleanroom的technician问一下应该就知道了。
