I guess 'git reset --soft' is invalid, you have to tell git how many commits
you want to rest 'softly', like, 'git reset --soft HEAD~1', which 'softly'
resets your last commit. When you do reset 'softly' and HEAD~1, the files

git合并多次
适用于频繁本地commit提交者。
本地频繁commit后，在push时，所有的提交会push到服务器。
可以把本地的这些提交合并为一个提交，方法是：
git reset --soft 第一次本地commit的版本
git commit --amend
上面 “第一次本地commit的版本” 是你最后一次push后，本地的很多次提交中的第一
次的那个版本的hash，可以用git log查看。

上面这段话我是这么理解的：
假设服务器最后一次push的版本是A1，然后本地依次commit（但没有push）的版本是
A2, A3, A4, A5, 此时，index和working copy都是A5
如果直接运行git push, 那么A2, a3, a4, a5都会出现在服务器上
所以原作者只希望服务器上出现A5，而不出现A2A3A4，到目前为止我是看明白了。

better than US 'Hard Power", China has evacuated all her citizens(more 35,
000) from Libya in a few days and where are US citizens now?
And, because of this Soft Power does not present any threat to any
sovereignty of any nation, China will be the first to go back to Libya once
it restores its order, regardless who will be in power by that time. I bet,
US does not have this luck. |

术的不足是可以通过多做题，多总结和多练习提高的，所以这里请教的是：
面试过程中考查哪些soft skills?
面试者常犯的soft skills的错误细节是什么？
拿到offer的牛人这方面是否自我觉得表现的还不错？
面试官肯定对人有个第一感觉，然后肯定希望找到一个值得信赖的同事以便将来长期共
事，所以他们内心问的就是类似这个(joke): do I want to have a beer with that
guy?
说说我自己揣摩出的自己曾经表现的不好的地方
1. 有时候太啰嗦，太抠细节。多问问题以便clarify是对的，但没有必要问别人，我这
个函数名和参数这样写可不可以之类的silly问题了,他们基本肯定说: it's up to you!
2. 眼神交流不够
3. 语气不够自信，果断，多用了probably之类的词
4. 不是一个good listener, 尤其在别人滔滔不绝 |

是两个以上的soft mark 就建议将进一步检查了，可我的OB没给我回答所以我担心。而
且我做的不是Level II的B超，如果你做了Level II的应该比我这个B超看的清楚，当时

里面慢慢长出来,然后猫自己本身也会每隔一段时间掉一次爪子最外面的一层,那个soft
claw就会跟随着最外面一层脱离猫爪,然后就又得补新的soft claw了.
我家猫戴了的确有点点不喜欢,但真的不影响她的心情和日常生活. |

claw又下降，所以还是被抓。没掉的无法人为去掉，等1个多月也挺烦。其实只要勤剪
指甲少惹猫，一般不会有事。剪指甲可以等猫睡的迷迷糊糊时候过去剪，不要移位把它
弄醒，很少反抗。
还有，戴soft claw时候如果不小心胶水粘在脚趾缝的毛上，将来这一撮毛会随着指甲的
生长被拉扯，最终被扯掉，对猫会有些痛苦。这个地方毛短，猫又爱动，所以也无法剪掉。 |

最近买房子，之前都好好的，直到最后verify employment的时候学校HR不知道脑子进
了多少水，非要去提我的salary在3年以后就只guarantee 25%，瞬间chase就抽抽了。
本来上周就要close的。现在在努力找系主任写了个证明信说明3年以后工资下降可能性
低。
大家小心学校HR乱搞这些事情啊。Chase 的 underwriter 明显不懂soft money这么一

一个不错的公司。追问HR，给了我几个反馈。说coding没问题，主要是soft skill需要
提高。
给我举了我面试里面的几个问题。比如，interviewer问我问题的时候，回答的有时不
完全是他想问的东西。还有就是我会skip question，比如问了问题后我没有Response。
这些在面试的时候我完全没有意识，甚至觉得自己回答的很好。不过这些问题我老婆也
说过，平时跟人交流也是，就是有时候别人问我问题的时候会没有Response。我老婆还
说我的表达能力不是很好，不太会跟人交流。
请问大家有没有好的建议，如何提高。 以前题目都做出来拿不到offer觉得运气不好，
现在看来真是自己的问题很大。但如果总是载在soft skill而非coding skill上感觉自
己很亏。 |
