基于及早发现问题，能在儿童成长过程中提供协助的理念，安德烈?斯图亚特博士发起这项研究，比较87万7千名青年学业成绩与他们的新生儿评分，发现评分低于7分的人，比较不聪明。
这位瑞典赫尔辛堡中央医院的妇产科医师向MSNBC记者表示，「分数不是重点，而要重视低分的原因。窒息、早产、孕母吸毒、感染，都会影响幼儿脑部发展。」
不过，只有44分之一的低分婴儿需要接受特殊教育，所以家长不用太担心。

has 10th of percentile. One of his is 1.6 (NCI) and the other is 0.67 (
NINDS). When I was with him, he has 3 R01s, 1 R21, and a DOD. Also, as I
mentioned before, my socre although is even but it give 3.0 not 3!

board有adduser(id, score)(返回add进去的user当前的rank), findByRank(k) (这个
返回id)。
Add如果本身已经有id在board中，需要对这个id的score进行update。

如果三分折算一下，命中率和主席也差不了多少。
这显然是全NBA最猛的C+PF组合。
（别跟我说ocur是呆在外面扔三分的，他一场平均三分才进1.6个，
两分是6.1个。）
从防守上来说，Jazz肯定是敌人paint socre最少的之一。
如果只算主场，肯定是内线防守最好的。
他们的弱点是三分线上下防守不行，加上没有外线防守好手。
ak的长处是协防内线。

Defense!!!!
No.1 rush defense gave up two BIG rush TDs.
No.1 socring defense gave up 39 pts, which is about half pts we gave up in
the first 11 games.
I guess nobody will guess the result is like that.
整个season我们都在说年轻的defense让我们forget about A.J /Bobby/Donte。看了这
场比赛，你不得不怀念他们。一个字 mistackle。I have never seen so many
