印尼周二意外宣布了8月份以来的第三次加息，凸现了该国对经常项目赤字高企的担忧

据《华尔街日报》4月1日报道称，中国房地产指数系统公布，3月份新房均价较上年同
期上涨10.04%，为连续第三个月增幅减速，2月份的涨幅为10.79%，1月份为11.1%。
销售代理们表示，潜在买房人正在观望，而开发商则拿出了降价措施。为了刺激销售，
开发商的打折幅度一度高达20%，由此导致在常州和杭州等东部城市2月份和3月份曾发
生业主打砸售楼处维权的事件。
即便是在北京，据报道一些房地产公司的新盘的价格也难以达到预期。
1月份和2月份受春节影响是房屋销售淡季，而3月份的房价和销售数据一般来说是房地
产需求强度的较为可靠指标。

都是当议员的料。不是无脑投猪党，又有小孩但没钱读私校的还是尽快搬吧。至于华左
川黑们，希望你们坚定你们的信仰，守在纽约市，不要背叛革命，搬出去祸害其他地方
