from 2PM EST Monday to 11:55AM EST Wednesday. Then programs will generate
the preference list of applicants. In this duration of program-initiated
telephone communications between applicants and programs, no offers will be
allowed to offer until the first offer rounds at 12:00PM EST on Wednesday.

despite the fact that they declared that they participate SOAP. There were
11 transtional programs unfilled on Monday and now there were still 9
unfilled programs--highly unlikely considering so many applicants are crazy
in applying anywhere. The same goes with preliminary medicine: there were 48
programs unfilled and still 35 now.....Something is fishy. The system is
not working as expected.

another thing I want to mention is " when they fill up the vacancy, they
still try to find the person meeting their requirements." So CMGs usually
have a better chance with pathology in SOAP, since most of us are older
graduates with research experience or good scores. |

program？
但是SOAP又规定不能自己跟program联系，那要是申的program都不支持签证，就白浪费
名额了。

keep in touch with program interviewed you (they might have vacancy before
or even after July 1st)
residentswap.org register incase they have vacancy, you can apply off the
cycle.(I heard this is a choice for GC holder)
build up your package stronger if you wish to continuing apply. |

from what we did at school. You do not need to write quite as much and you
do not need to come up with a long problem list. All you have to do is to
list objective findings including labs relevant the disease state you are
consulted for or medications you are monitoring and come up with a simple
assessment and plan.
