分行的帐户转帐到国外分行同一名下的帐户？如果是台湾内部不同银行的转帐，可以去
银行或邮局填汇款单。如果是跨行从台湾银行转钱到国外另外一家银行，那应该不叫转
帐吧。基本上就是外汇，到外汇部门去办。
