首先，地点。你要在靠近以下这几个地方居住：LA/NY/FL。芝加哥和DALLAS也有一些机
会。除此之外，别的地方机会微乎其微。
然后，机会。要最大限度地找到机会，你需要找到一个agent或者manager，就是咱们俗
称的经纪人。他们手里有众多的connection和很多不公开的机会。如何找到呢？这是最
难的一步。有两种方式：
1）cold calling。给他们email，或者snail mail。附上小朋友的近照（不需要
professional），简历（如果有的话，以往经验，才艺，特点，课程，训练等等额）。
如果他们感兴趣，会主动跟你联系。
2）参加open call。有一些agency或者manager会不定期有open call，积极参加。 |

举个例子，我对小孩子（四岁多）的要求基本上是胡萝卜加大棒，一方面鼓励“big
boy”,灌输“big boy自己吃饭，infant要喂饭”,另一方面想不吃就定时拿走。LP对
小孩子就是能喂就喂，外加看ipad，小孩子倒是吃得多。
类似的事情上，现在看出来苗头：小孩子看到有“选择”时，总是选择不用自己动手的
，依赖大人给解决，基本上找妈妈。但是如果我"倔"起来了，和母子对抗起来了，他也
只能一边哭一边做我要求的。
家里基本上是经常处于这种状况。小孩子现在慢慢变大了，知觉似乎告诉我小孩子这么
“宠”（实际上也不能算啥宠）下去，依赖性太强。个人的经历，小孩子缺少了"责任
心"和“自觉性”，以后会比较麻烦。LP觉得有的别人的小孩子怎么怎么，我们的小孩
子不算差。观念统一不了。
这种观念统一不了情况下，父母行动上总会有不一致的地方，对小孩子影响如何？
