也是到了加州才有机会练到smear的。smear脚要稳，重心掌握要精确，而且要相信你的
脚。
一次就想过这一关也太心急了。先向你朋友学习吧，我们这些Michigan的人平时sand
stone上主要练的是overhang，也搞不定smear。我朋友一个5.12 climber在J-tree的
slab上5.8都不行。我自己也是lead 5.9的smear的路线就吓得不行了。
到时候还要向你们请教呢 |

without history of abnormal Pap smear, you only need Pap smear every 2-3
years. Pregnancy or not doesn't matter.
Pap smear has no negative effect on recurrent abortion. |

我一个朋友去做身体检查，她今年24岁，很早移民来这边的。家里管得严格，圈子也小
，所以一直没有男朋友，还是处女。
但她的年纪在老美女孩中算不小了。所以医生今天安排她下次做年检，包括PAP SMEAR
。而且医生说这边最晚开始检查这个的年龄是23了，所以她应该要做了。可她觉得有点
尴尬，不好意思说。因为她还没有过性经历。
但是她的姨妈还是姑姑好像有过宫颈癌。所以她比较担心自己会否有这种基因关连，所
以又想做这个，但是她也知道这个可能要破处女膜，而且会比较不舒服，特别是第一次
。（这个我不是特别确认，我也没有查资料，所以请有经验的前辈指教，PAP SMEAR是
否跟破处女膜是存在必须联系的？）
我个人的意见觉得她的担心有点多此一举，因为按照我们中国人比较传统的观念没有必
要去受这个罪，而且还很宝贵，而且她这个宫颈癌的担忧虽然不是多余的，但也没有那
么严重，我主要是鼓励她主动跟她的PCP DISCUSS这个问题，顺便问问在这边行医的中
国人对这个问题的看法。
因为老美很开放，她这个年纪的姑娘很多很早就有性经历了，所以PAP SMEAR做做都正

今年体检HPV 仍旧POSITIVE 但是PAP SMEAR 是好的。 目前只是在阴道外涂人体干扰素
。
本人不懂医学， 麻烦能问一下这种情况(HPV POSITIVE, PAP SMEAR NEGATIVE) 转变成
癌症的几率有多大。 有没有更好的要可以治疗。

另外感觉自己的上肢力量和手指还是太差。第一个5.6路线的crux靠蛮力引体通过。第
二个路线的crux，挣扎半天，想smear上去，结果有心无力，最后小臂pump，手指抽筋
，WS的退下来。现在还感觉小臂很酸痛，如何训练延迟pump？

和评估的化验及诊断，也没有特别注明什么。而且知道有人在同一个医生这儿做的这项

然后说让每半年做一次检查。 今年3月发现怀孕了。 因为换了保险的缘故，医生问起
来以前的结果， 我就说了。 结果她说既然让你半年做一次， 说明情况不严重。 我们
就不用做了。 现在都14周了， 也还一直没有做过pap smear. 心里很担心， 不知道这

的，但如果结果不正常可以指示你做进一步的test,比如细菌真菌感染，hpv感染，前两
种对你来说比较有用，因为如果知道了有感染，可以服药控制，hpv是没法控制的，所
以知道了也没用。如果你怀孕前做过pap smear，间隔时间不长，可以不做。 |

我说我为自己负全责，他也没办法。美国这边的产科是男人dominate, 相信数字和图表
，不信经验那一套。一些人体质好，怎么折腾也能把小孩生下来，有些就不行，稍微折
腾一下小孩就流了，在这里被归结为自然选择，胎儿本身不健康等等。

发帖数: 40 | 25 Pap smear is part of annual pelvic exam。医生用个小刷子取出一些细胞，经培养后
做病理分析，看看有无癌变。
Cervical exam中，医生用specular把vagina张开，露出宫颈，可以看有无discharge,
odor, 还可以用q-tip取一些分泌物作culture，看看是否有感染，性病等等。
对于18岁以上的女子，建议至少每三年做一次pap，如果家庭有宫颈癌病史的，一年一次
。如果病人来看医生时是因为痒，或者痛，或者异常分泌物等原因，而且病人上一次pap
至今不到一年，那么医生只会作cervical exam，不会再做个pap。
如果病人pap的report异常，或者为不确定，一般会refer到oncologist那里(which is
bad),或让病人四个月后重复一次pap. |

show abnormal results for the first time:
"High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HGSIL) encompassing moderate
dysplasia, severe dysplasia and carcinoma in-situ"
According to the doctor, it's a sign of severe pre-cancer condition and she
asked me to schedule a colposcopically directed biopsy ASAP. It is also
very likely that a LEEP procedure need to follow after the biopsy.

理论上好像比较灵活。我的OB建议在怀孕之初做这个检查，因为到了后面肚子变大了再
做，据说感觉会更不舒服。
另外，这个是基本的妇科年检，即使生完小孩之后，还是建议MM每年都去检查一次。 |

检查等。一般建议每年都做的。孕早期如果之前没做过，或者距离上次做的时间近一年
，ob都会建议做一次的。过程很快，不必特别担心。mm可以在网上搜一下相关过程，有
个了解，做个心理准备。 |

说去一次就要排队2小时，而且他们已经让我的保险公司处理了帐单。我就打电话问保
险公司发生这种情况怎么处理。保险公司说根据医生发帐单的不同检查项目代号，如果
同样是pap smear会被拒绝，不然的话用不同代码就apply to deductible，不管哪种情
况，最后都是我买单。我又打去诊所，希望他们可以自己消化了帐单，因为我认为细胞
不够是医生操作失误，可是他们一口咬定这是普遍情况，不是医生的过错，说让我自己
考虑好了再去约诊，然后粗鲁地挂断了电话。
问一下姐妹们，这是医生的过错吗？ |
