如果没有smartmeter就要看你的表是不是accessible。如果表在院子里面而院子门锁着
的话，抄表员没法抄表，就会用上个月的数字bill你。
不过不用担心，反正下个月你可以少付。 |

样大的房子（1700尺，12年新的），一样的地区。
不开空调的月份，平均每天用26kwh，电费每月180左右。开空调的月份，平均每天
40kwh，电费每月350左右。没有什么特殊的电器，两台电脑，一台电视机，其余就是厨
房的冰箱，微波炉，都是新换的最节能的牌子。1700尺的房子用这么多的电，实在让人
搞不懂。打电话给PG&E,他们说只管到smartmeter为止，in house的他们不管，让找
electrician。找了electrician，花了$170,什么也没查出来，因为各项电器工作正常
，让我们还是找PG&E。我现在真是没有办法了，只有发贴在这里求救！ |

成这问题。如果能确信辐射超标的话可以给电力公司打电话，电器设备辐有FCC标准的。
