From the latest pics i must say its an interesting design and quite nice to

The nose, canopy and partial the air inlets looks like its been copy paste
from the F-22.
The aft engine section and nozzles comes from the Mig-1.44 demonstrator.

上甘岭美军完全打不动志愿军，这个恐怕不能说不是败仗，因为战役目的完全没有达成
。至少《停战帐篷与战斗前线》里承认志愿军是挽回了白马山的面子。
猪排山那边，美7师是最后丢失阵地的（不是丢在韩军手上），当时双方各占山顶的一
部分，美军觉得继续打下去付出的代价超过猪排山的战术价值，所以主动撤退。但是无
论如何，猪排山的确是丢在美7师手上。
老秃山也是丢在美7师手上，虽然当时守阵地的是哥伦比亚营，但是后面反攻的时候是
美7师进行的，结果是打不动志愿军47军。
另外，Smack行动也是输在美7师手里，虽然规模很小，但是花了海量的炮弹和炸弹仍然
打不动志愿军23军一个排的阵地，的确也说明了美军的攻击能力有了问题（相反，志愿

US district court是聯邦法院的審議庭，每個州至少一個，
有些州大點兒，可以分東西南北中幾個區。
然後可上訴至us court of appeals, 上訴庭有12個大區，
也稱作12 circuits。

要說建國初當法官可真不是好差事，又費腦又奔波。
巡迴法院之後就是上訴最高法院。
目前第一巡迴法院審理的幾個麻州案包括Gill v.OPM ，
已經送往最高法院等待審理。
上次在微博上看到我關注的幾個國內的法學人士，
談及最高法院就同性婚姻的討論有望在大選前出結果，
幾個人認為這事兒最高法院通過的可能性不大，
甚至把大法官的宗教背景都揪出來談，
也不知道是國內的法學人士不了解情況，

晃当晃当晃当，去巡回法庭跟当地法官一起审案子，
三个巡回庭来回转。
最高法院的法官实在就是苦差。
