matress top，一层regular，一层memory foam的。
是当初怀孕时睡床垫觉得腰疼，比来比去自己搞了这么一套，跟小时候睡的木板床一样
的感觉。
结果最后发现是激素作用的腰疼，睡啥都一样，白折腾了。 |

foam mattress topper online, most comfortable bed ever and cheaper than
buying a regular mattress |

harmful chemicals in them unless you buy natural wood, which are more
expensive and tend to be irregular in shape and density, harder to work with

my suggestion is to buy a bed frame, and place a 4 inch memory foam topper
over the slats, it will be very comfortable |
