18前泡软主国会，白宫预算发过去freedom caucus就闹要裁减，泡软比较无能搞不定那
三十几号人没法通过，只能和主党议员磋商，最后要裁的都没裁还加进去无数主党的
pet projects，而且没有建墙经费，老头闹到最后shutdown也没用，只好签字，所以泡
软下台以后老头还追着骂，泡软众议院除了不弹劾老头和主党主持真区别不大。
等到老妖婆当上议长更别提了，不但弹劾还尼玛使劲扩大预算，赤字大锅老头背着，拨
款主党金主稳拿。
今年白宫又提出预算了，裁这个那个的，鸟用没有。
