是多义词，和黑鬼性质不同。其次，虽然注册的“the slants"专指亚洲丹凤眼，但是
这词使用一段时间以后，他的侮辱含义也就变弱很多，反而还有提醒人们这段历史的意
义。我认为这有点类似黑人自称黑鬼，还有本版的黄皮满天飞。
俺个人瞎猜，本案的关键一票是托马斯。除他之外，四位自由派大法官反对，其他三位

比如你注册个软件公司叫Micro-soft, 或者卖的东西不是有机食品，却叫Organic Food
Co.等。
再者“手枪牌手枪”也是不允许的。
商标的确应该慎用第一修正案。宪法是大杀器，国之重器不可轻用，特别是第一修正案
。因为根据第一修正案判下来，有很多类似的规定都可能在未来几年内被推成违宪，影
响深远。
对于Slants这个商标我是倾向于不应禁止。但我对这事用上第一修正案感到有些忧虑。
