标 题: Kohls 网站的错误 它们应该honor 吗？

上周末趁着kohls的home dept 打折
入了一个熨衣板ironing board，价格才十几刀，
当时就觉得价格这么好，会不会是搞错了
所以还好好check了网页的介绍，截图做了备份
order下好以后，一切都正常的，order confirmation里面也显示的是那个熨衣板（有
图片和名字信息）
结果。。。
今天说寄出来了。。。竟然给我寄了一个熨衣板的cover！！！
心想着打电话问问吧，有错的话 也是kohls的问题啊，
结果哪个agent态度非常差，一会儿说我add wrong item to the cart
一会儿又说我use a wrong sku#...
我类个去。。。我哪有那本事啊！？
我就是看到啥。。。图片，title，descriptions都对了，就加购物车啊
