发帖数: 46 | 24 房子在Skokie，(church 和 gross point rd交界的地方），离NU Tech大概是4.5mile
（离Old Orchard很近），两室一厅，月租是825（水、一台车的parking和暖气），电
费、煤气、网络或电视自己付。
1、有两张queen size的床。由于爸妈喜欢睡硬板床，所以我特地去Home Depot划的板
子。
2、有一张小孩的婴儿床，上面有床垫，这个是前年买的。
3、家里有很多小电器，比如咖啡机、和面的机器、面包机、微波炉、加湿器、吸尘器
、电炉子、台灯等等。
4、有一个沙发和一个装衣服的柜子。有一台家用PC，显示器是新买的（主要是大人用
）。有一个饭桌、六把椅子、一个茶几，还有两个电脑椅子。
5、有一些小孩的玩具，比如学步车啊等等，还有小孩吃饭坐的椅子 。
6、至于做饭的东西基本都有，毕竟在美国住了3年了。
7、另外，每个房间都有空调。
总体来说，基本的东西都有，特别适合家里有小孩的 （门口就是一个公园，下楼就是
）。manager人很好，有什么问题他都很快跟你解决。由于住的时间很长了，所以我也

Upright的几个琴。琴行是父子店，儿子是老板给我们报了价。当时没有做决定，毕竟只去了两家店。对这些model的优缺点也不够了解。回去在网上查了查，和老公商量商量，觉得他们的报价还可以，小孩买个入门的琴弹着玩，懒得再去折腾了。差不多行了。

consider not just the cost of the condo, association fee, insurance,
property tax, parking, etc. But I believe if your before tax income is
