UPDATE: Skier Who Died After Avalanche Remembered As ‘Always Cheerful’
PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) – A skier who died after an avalanche in the Tahoe
National Forest on Thursday afternoon has now been identified.
The Nevada County Coroner says the skier who died in 29-year-old Benjamin
Brackett of Olympic Valley.
The incident occurred 500 vertical feet below Stanford Rock off Highway 89
near the backside of Alpine Meadows in the Ward Valley area of Placer County

凭啥整条trail都是skier的,难道rider都要随着skier做大弧度缓慢下山吗?
其实就是skier和rider的learning curve不一样,在蓝道上,skier就是滑的比rider差,
比rider慢,比rider需要更到的空间转弯,但蓝道上的rider的速度控制也不是很强,所以
碰撞很容易发生.
但去到黑道,蘑菇道,还有park,skier和rider的水平基本一致了,双方其乐融融. |

我总结下我碰到过一些令人讨厌的人
skier:
1.刚刚学会的直接上黑道而且直接滑的弯覆盖整个trail, 让别人不得不到处迁就他。
2.喜欢甩板把雪甩掉的，搞得周围的人都避让。
3.pole直接插到我2块板子中间，那哥们够厉害的，还好是刚下lift。
4.摔了直接扔板子，嘴里骂骂列列的，仇深似海。
5.到lift这了还滑的超快，人又特别多，2个小女孩还高高兴兴的，给工作人员直接揪
出来了。
6.直接往山上滑，2个小孩，前面一个突然往山上滑，我估计可能他想减速，后面那小
孩刹不住直接撞了。
rider:
1.同skier 1，直接就是搓下去的，动作从头到尾没变过。
2.同skier 2，掷地有声，怕别人听不见。
3.拿个pole乱甩，我正好从旁边划过，他突然把pole举起来，刷的一声从我头盔旁边划
过，吓我一大跳。
4.同skier 5.
5.刹车的声音的确大了点，不过我也知道这是没办法的。
还有最害怕的就是有人乱窜，我一般要大的弧度时会先看看后面有没有人，没人才滑否

话说我也终于体验了一把被rider撞，雪道下来最后一段和马路连接的小坡，大家等车
的地方，
一般人都是早早刹车靠边脱雪具，再走几步下去等，我们已经都站到马路边上了
突然后面一阵刮躁，原来某君刹不住车奔向马路，正好不偏不倚的从我后面铲过来，
我直接就坐他雪板侧沿上了，还好是屁股坐上去的，不咋疼
boarder和skier技术不精时都会不情愿的撞人
但boarder新手速度偏快，而且如果板跟人身体碰撞人吃亏，
skier撞人的一般走的都比较慢，而且是整个身子靠上来推一下或者抱一下，
我也被skier从后撞过，但因为他们速度慢基本我啥事没有继续往下 |

, cursing everything not to their imagination, from boarders, slopes, snow
condition, to the music being played in resort. They most likely dress in
solid colors out of 70s movies.
And a good proportion of skiers in park are fucking retards doing their
favorite "carving" in pipes.

and poked by those, almost tripped and had to jump over, and often had to
help pick up or untwine those pieces of crap because their owners
successfully stuck the lift bar or gondola door.

我还挺喜欢玩的，就是那种cross-country skii的那种。划着划着也出了很多汗。以前

一pipe和half pipe，然后适当弄些小jump，应该很受欢迎。skier的道从宽到窄，从平
到陡，再加蘑菇。这样大家都玩得很爽。 |

发帖数: 138 | 33 I am interested in buying this skis (Nordica Hot Rod Helldiver, http://www.nordica.com/site/ski.php?site=2&lang=1&id=21) but have concern about its lenght. The smallest size is 170cm, which is 5 cm taller than my height.
Will it be too long? From what I read, the length of skis could be longer
than you height if you skill is advanced and if it is a all-mountain (fat?)
skis.
My current skis are 160cm with 70mm waist (also Nordica). I am a advanced
skier with 20+ days each season, mostly in Tahoe |

我这里也许单板滑的好的不多 见到摔的多 滑的玉树临风帅的掉渣的boarder少之又少
所以给人一种单板很酷但是真难学的感觉
不过将来希望ski的好了之后去学习单板玩玩 也许是全新的境界

就是pizza, 水平不够的话快不起来。
