没有尝试另一个东西的时候，90%的人会有抗拒感。这是为什么？是因为他们在本项上
开始有了飞跃，自己很
ENJOY自己的SKI(SNOWBOARD），这样，他能体会的只有SKI（SNOWBOARD）给身体带来的
愉悦。而很多滑的很好的人都是2个都会。我认识的就有加州的TONY，晓晓，还有科洲的老田。
有了身体的愉悦，自然谈不上视觉的享受了
所以SKI的人看SNOWBOARD跳得再花哨（这正是SNOWBOARD的乐趣所在），他也会觉得没
劲，他会
想“SNOWBOARD怎么滑得这么慢啊”
SNOWBOARD的人看SKI滑得再快（正是SKI的流畅感所在），他也会觉得没劲，会觉得那
是只求速度的笨拙表

所以，生活中的事情应该抱着ALWAYS EXPERIENCE的态度。你不能排斥某样东西，尽早
的接受给你带来的只

所以人们说在加州滑SKI会被人笑，TOO OLD，但是在外洲如果你滑SNOWBOARD别人会觉
得你是小孩，很碍
事。但也许也会有人对你刮目相看，觉得你很帅

they add some chips under the normal binding for more
aggressive carving to leave deeper tracks

ski的好时候。
要买powder ski还是最好自己试对心。既然你已经有一幅carving ski了，那powder
ski的waist至少要90cm往上。100cm以上的就要看你能不能适应了。
了新雪，第二天在POWDER上我的SKI就明显不太适应了，转弯很吃力，也不流畅。听说
第二天有8INCH的新雪，当即决定租个NORDICA DEMO试试。事实证明，这个决定还是相
当的英明的，$50让我第一次体验了POWDER的乐趣，也决定买一副比较适合POWDER的SKI。 |

不过,我也没有作过这个实验,就是多大车速,在多大逆向风速时,多少副SKI,会产生多大
风力加载到SKI RACK上,最后造成多少程度的影响. 但是,尽量减少受风面积,一定是不
错的.
还有,就是SKI不多时,可以把两支SKI拆开,BINDING向下并列安置在SKI RACK上.但雨雪
天气条件下不推荐.

杯具的是我的几副ski现在都没留在明州，：（ 不然我倒是有副初中级的旧ski可以借
给你玩，在中西部都可以，等你玩的差不多要买新的ski再记得还给我就可以了，
你要是来犹他滑雪的话可以拿来滑。另外如果你要是准备长期滑skis，可以考虑先买双

1） 滑板是用来减少单位面积上的压力从而减少雪上的陷入，滑板面积越大，单位压力越
小，陷入就越浅，越容易滑行，速度容易上去。所以想滑得慢一点的在选板的时候可以选短一点的，
一般选ski选到嘴巴长的，选到胸口的就可以慢很多，反之到头顶长的就是Race型的了。
2） 雪松雪多的地方为了不让ski陷进去，要选宽一点，头大一点，往上翘一点的。
3） Ski平放在雪上摩擦力小，斜放在雪上摩擦力大，所说的斜放是指左高右低或是右
高左低。也就是所谓的用一边刮雪。
4） Ski的两边是用来刮雪的，直边的摩擦力小，弯边摩擦力大，所谓弯边就是ski的两
头大，当中小。

发帖数: 3431 | 15 不过说实话，其实我们这个level的滑雪者，都不太区分的出ski的差别，我之前是最便
宜的那种ski，换了这个后，貌似感觉稳定一些了(也许是心理作用？)，但是也感觉不
出来太大的差别。春天买了这个ski，也快到season结束的时候了，滑了几次spring
snow，感觉还行。这个雪季滑了几次early season的soft snow or packed powder，还
没有怎么滑过比较硬的那种icy的condition。跟别人的ski比，貌似这个有点偏软的感
觉？好像advanced level滑的ski应该是偏硬才对？
倒是boots买个好些的，既舒服又硬的，立马能体会到不同。
也许等以后水平提高了，多换不同的ski滑滑，才能慢慢的体会到不同ski的差别。现在
还是关注练好正确的动作吧 |

are more fluid, I have better speed control, and I have much better
awareness of many aspects of my skiing (flexion/extension, upper body

像我目前的情况该如何提高，如何规划下个Season的Ski。
一、基本参数
身高168cm，体重60~65kg。
Ski长度153cm，Boots的Flex是75。
就是平常店里租用的Sport Ski PKG，不是Premium或者Demo。
二、学习经历
1.15~16 Season
是第一个Season。第一次滑是报了一个Ski Lesson，什么都不懂，摔得蛮厉害。休息了
一个月才滑第二次，第二次把附近小雪场的绿道大多数刷完了，虽然很生硬，也摔了两
跤。之后又在另一个大些雪场刷了些绿道。再滑了两次，觉得绿道刷得有点熟练了，就
很生硬地试着用Snowplough下简单的蓝道，主要还是在绿道上。总共自己练了8次。雪
季快结束的时候，已经可以用一只脚站立，用Parallel Turn下蓝道及简单的蘑菇蓝道
了。感觉有点像跑步。
2.16~17 Season
这个Season一开始，去下了上个Season没有下成功的比较陡的蓝道，想不到，大半年没

ski gloves 3*$50; first ascent down jackets 3*$300; helmets 3*$90; goggles
3*55; wool socks 6*$20), 还要买ski bib, 刚查了一下每条要$180-200. 这还没算
门票呢。
请帮忙看看我是不是买了不必要的东西啊？ 在那买the north face 便宜的ski bib啊

Since I just found out that the weather at Sugar Mountain this weekend is
perfect for ski, I would like to see if there are other ski amateurs
interested in going to join this activity.
Weather wise, it would be shiny dry days on Thursday (46-28F) and Friday (46
-27F) and snow on Saturday (28-16F) and Sunday (30-19F) with a reasonable
low outdoor temperature to keep the snow staying. I rarely saw this perfect

坡陡或者icy的话，有break也停不住
去年我在Hood的冰坡上，被一块冰卡住了ski，然后ski就脱落了，另一只ski也跟着脱落
，两只ski一直滑了500多尺，到了缓坡才停住，我的是带break的。
如果用leash，这种情况下ski就不会掉那么远
不过，用leash也有坏处，遇上雪崩之类当你想把ski脱掉的紧急时候，leash就成了阻碍 |

SLC is the heaven of skiers, no better place in North America.
It is 30 minutes drive from downtown. tons of ski resort to pick from... ski
in the place where Gold Medal athletes compete...
Also there is ski resort ski for free after 3PM
Combined above two, that means I can go ski even after afternoon's class. That
is before I became a black diamond skier.
Also there is second hand shop sell ski and binding and boots still in good
shape for price that low you can't imagine.

好SKI呢？
我的水平： 在大部分兰道上觉得COMFORTABLE， 能HANDLE些简单的黑道；
我对SKI的期望： 本人胆小怕摔， 所以不热衷于提高速度， 也不追求FANCY的技巧；
但我喜欢SKI时行云流水般的感觉， 希望能够轻松自如地转折起伏， 就象跳华尔
兹那样；现在喜欢尝试有些变化的， 稍微复杂点的地形；
我的身高：1.63米左右；
象我这样的人， 买SKI的时候应该注意什么呢？什么样的形状， 长度， 或弹性，
硬度 (我不知道这些是不是个指标)， 牌子，会比较适合呢？

if you say finding ski likes finding the siganificant other, then, it is not
about control.
it is more about 磨合. after you somewhat randomly pick up a pair of ski.
you are starting to try to fit it and get used to it.
not long, if it suit you well, you will keep it.
otherwise, find another pair of ski.

beginner/intermediate ski. very easy to ski on and not to heavy if you need to
move on flat ground. you will enjoy it. if you ski too fast, you may out grow
your ski though.
for maintainence, the guys at ski shops properly will tell you to wax a couple
of times a year. i have a friend who's a really good skier told me just waxing
them once a year should be enough unless you ski more than 15-20 days each

The word radonnée is a French word for tour, trip, or excursion. The term
"ski de radonnée" refers to a ski trip or ski tour in which either
"Telemark", "AT" (Alpine Touring), or special X/C Skis with metal edges are

ski长转弯半径大，速度快，但是相对来说稳一些
你的体重如果用shaped ski， 165－170的比较合适，当然也要看ski的类型。

我2个都来，总结一下
没有尝试另一个东西的时候，90%的人会有抗拒感。这是为什么？是因为他们在本项上
开始有了飞跃，自己很
ENJOY自己的SKI(SNOWBOARD），这样，他能体会的只有SKI（SNOWBOARD）给身体带来的
愉悦。而很多滑的很好的人都是2个都会。我认识的就有加州的TONY，晓晓，还有科洲的老田。
有了身体的愉悦，自然谈不上视觉的享受了
所以SKI的人看SNOWBOARD跳得再花哨（这正是SNOWBOARD的乐趣所在），他也会觉得没
劲，他会
想“SNOWBOARD怎么滑得这么慢啊”
SNOWBOARD的人看SKI滑得再快（正是SKI的流畅感所在），他也会觉得没劲，会觉得那
是只求速度的笨拙表
演
所以，生活中的事情应该抱着ALWAYS EXPERIENCE的态度。你不能排斥某样东西，尽早

are light and easy to control. If you ski fast, wood core skis are better.
Also, don't buy boots with size as suggested by most experts, they will be
very uncomfortable. Just the same size as your normal walking shoes will do,
especially when you are not skiing fast. Don't buy stiff boots. I'd think
60-80 should be good.
If you buy last year's model (2009 or earlier), you should be able to get a

and stuff. I thought it may help a lot of new and even experienced skiers

个前OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST来教课并有Videotaping and analysis.我看了一下内容（
见链接），感觉主要是教SKI RACING 的东西比如Giant Slalom and Slalom ski. 而我
的目的是All Terrain Ski 象diamond, double diamond trails和powder ski.不知道

us the key, I got free demo skis for all 6 days (my friend was a little
jealous, needless to say :))
Vail was snowing for 5 days every day, we got to ski plenty of wet and
sometimes heavy powder every day.
day 1: 2008 Volkl Mantra. Very nice skis. The guy in ski shop recommended to
pick this instead of the newer 2009 version. Handles soft snow very well

就俺个人看来，AC30对你来说硬了点儿，也重了点儿。一般来讲，AC30属于东部理想的
all mountain ski，不过是给expert用的。它具有极好的稳定性，和灵活性，但这副
ski确实比较重。而且俺特不喜欢它的是它太厚，每次往车顶架上放都是一个挑战（俺
家LD用的是这个的女款Attiva Fuego）。
但是呢，俺有一个朋友，和你应该是差不多的水平吧，也有这么一副ski，而且据他而
言这副ski很好滑，也不觉得重。这副ski还有一个很大的优点，就是卡刃儿很稳（主要
是因为它硬）所以滑硬雪的时候很有安全感。
如果你真找到好deal，买它也没啥不好，不过说起来他应该不是最好的选择。举个例子
