要是觉得以前的没什么不满意,那么以前camber就还买camber以前rocker就还买rocker
,这个差别蛮大的。反之,则反买。
要是想要追求速度,上个硬的,一定要sintered base 至少四五千级别以上。追求花样
上个软的,sintered还是extruded无所谓。
要是反滑,一定要true twin,否则无所谓。
这几个条件一套,再把你预算考虑,你就基本锁定了。
牌子是最后再考虑的东西,burton的跟其他bindings不配套

The name Santa Claus is derived from "Sinterklaas", the Dutch name for the
mythical character based on St. Nicholas. He is also known there by the name

大突破,借助直接金属激光烧结快速成型技术实现了3D打印,成为继美国、德国的3D打

直接金属激光烧结成型技术(Direct Metal Laser-Sintering,缩写DMLS)是3D打印
技术领域王冠上的明珠。该技术因为直接用高能量的激光熔融金属粉末沉积,同时烧结
固化粉末金属材料并自动地层层堆叠,以生成致密的几何形状的实体零件。而金属本身
是致密体重熔,不易产生粉末冶金那样的成形时的空穴,结构件致密度可达99%以上,
接近锻造的材料胚体。

补充一点,美国的3D制造,其实也包括Direct metal laser sintering和electron
beam melting,可以用来打印金属,甚至是火箭引擎用的Inconel。

日本冶金技术世界第一没有任何疑问,还有说日本牛逼的时候别扯上德国好不?每
次看到说日本的时候都要扯到德国,简直尴尬。德国的冶金技术比起日本这个博士水平
就是一本科的层次,世界前三都进不了。莱茵金属,蒂森克虏伯真跟新日铁,JFE,神户
制刚不是一个档次的。其实80年代西德就说过,全世界没有一座高炉不是用日本的许可
证修建的。到现在30多年过后,波音依然用的是神户,世界上绝大多数燃气机轮轴依然
用的神户制刚,汽车用钢材大多数日本新日铁的而技术,欧洲,卢森堡这些都是新日铁
的技术授权。神户制刚的第三代冶炼法已经超过这个世界几年了。
先说一个天天被误导人的日本炮管问题:凡是知道日本坦克用德国炮管的都是小白
,在日本面前,德国实在没有什么拿得出手了,所以只能拿德国炮管使劲吹,实际情况
是当时买德国莱茵的许可证不是因为日本造不好炮管,倍径炮径只是坦克炮性能数据眾

I am not specialist on this, but might be able to provide some insight.
These blades were fabricated from power via sintering and solidified at high
temperature and high pressure. The extremely small size(
that's why they were called "power" metallurgy) of the initial material greatly reduced the grain
size of resulting alloys, which enhance the creep resistance since small
grain size is beneficial in pinning down dislocation movement in creep

我觉得不太妥当的地方:
1. 第一句话太长。尽量控制在短于一行或者一行多一点点的长度为宜。可以考虑把这
句话变成三
句。第一句强调多年的多方面的动手经验; 第二句侧重实验。第三句侧重数值和CAD.
2. 你学的是机械还是材料?说的太含糊,让我有一点摸不到头脑(机械和材料都可以
马马虎虎算我
的本行吧)。我觉得可能是我前面有一点误导了(qualification里不要太具体)。大
概的方向还
是要提一提的。比如改成这样会好一些(我乱加的方向): improving and
optimizing
process --> polymer injection moulding process refinement (improve这个词
太一般) and optimization; compounding and mixing -> ceramic powder
compounding and preparation for sintering (我不太喜欢mixing这个词,给人以体力
劳动的感觉), DOE -> developing and implement

评论,但好过于只有footnote。另外一篇推荐人引用我文章,他的文章基础和结果跟我
的差不多,他也在文章中提到看到有前人对这个进行过研究。这两个算是吗?

Burton boards have their special binding mounts therefore less
interchangeable, but good resell value if you can find a good deal on
craigslist. you won't be able to get a new set for $300 anyway - well maybe
you can, but really a used set at this price could be much better than what
you could get new.
I doubt there's much difference between brands. Go with sintered base if
possible.
For your current level, there really isn't that much of difference between

sintered base 打完蜡更快。稳定跟大小关系更大,大的又快又稳(同时重、笨拙)。
你要“稳定性和高速下的操控灵敏度”,就来个偏大的硬板子,flex至少7以上。

why the surface area/pore volume are decreased? coke formation? sintering?
I don't see any reason that the surface area would change if the reaction
occurs at 500 degree C or lower.
