关了single版, 就是消灭了偶们的一块根据地, 推倒了咱的一个家,
剜去了一块心头肉, 焉能不心痛. 日后得饱偿无家可归浪迹天涯之苦了.
虽然最近在single版的访问不多, 但俺一直是很关心的, 俺在七区Z掉了
一大半的版, single版却始终保留, 每每心情忧郁, 回眸往事, 痛心疾首,
心如刀割之时, 逛逛single版, 便是一剂安定心神的良药. 与single版版主
weidong兄的交情, 一直是让我引以为快的事情. 遥想当年元旦夜, 我二人
同灌七区诸版, 酣畅淋漓, 跨越新年零点, 就此结下深情厚谊(当时weidong尚
未与女友分手, 不能冠以光光二字修饰深情). 后来俺把所有二人灌水,

等于只有一个保险公司！更不等于没有竞争！
德国的医疗保险制度是世界的范例。收入小于约56,500欧元的要求加入政府的强制保险
。收入超过56,500欧元的可以自选加入私人保险或政府强制保险。政府强制收医疗保险
税，包括公司代交的payroll tax 7.3%和自付的工资的7.3%。如果收入超过56,500欧元
，则不需要交7.3%，而可以选择premium低很多的私人保险公司，后者在市场上提供竞
争。single payer只是兜底，不代表说富人也要加入这一保险！对于买私人保险的富人
来说，他们工资只有前56,500需要缴纳这一7.3%的payroll tax。这样，在高端医疗领
域仍有充分竞争（医术，环境，价格等），而政府保障大部分低端居民的医疗需求。可
见，在single payer的情况下，如果运转如德国的良好，大概需要给穷人加14.6%的税

现有的医疗开支包括：medicare tax, medi-cal fund, va funding, indian health
funding,和其它所有政府医疗项目资金
新增收入税（这个数是我瞎估的，估计以后可以降低）：5% 医疗税，雇主付8%; self
employed 10%
新增消费税：1% all sales and services
以上是TMF( total medical fund)
还要发行bond, 筹集single payer启动费比如300米，这笔钱将来从TMF里还
SPC (single payer California)和医院医生药厂和医疗设备厂谈价格，大致是加拿大
价格的120%
VA 的医疗服务部门私有化，所有现在的政府的医疗项目管理人员都到SPCA (single

。老师比较好，她写文章的时候让我做些数据处理什么的，然后让我做coauthor。
现在是我第一次自己写篇文章准备投会议和journal，和老师一起讨论过我的idea,她给
了很好的建议，我把文章初稿写完，她又给了我一些feedback。
老师现在问我想要她担任什么样的角色，1 我自己做single author, 她说这样子对我
找工作会有些好处，她的角色是给我些feedback,但不会参与到具体写作中来 。2 她做
coauthor，她会在writing方面play an active role。这两个选择老师说对她都无所谓
，让我来决定。
想听下版上各位的建议，这两个选项对我现在处的阶段各有什么利弊？
其实我自己倒无所谓，不一定非要去做single author。毕竟第一次投我们领域比较好
的journal，如果有老师帮助我在writing 方面润色的话，会更有信心一些，因为文科
领域你们懂的，同样的东西，有写作经验和没写作经验的人写出来，是不一样的。而且

，但是因为listing太少，找了一年没有结果，加上每个月交着1600左右的房租住在
downtown，所以有些打算先在downtown（也是很好学区）先买一个价位在30来万左右的
、约900sqft的1bedroom或者2bedroom的condo或者town house作为过渡房，估计需要付
6万多的down payment，贷个25万左右的款，自己一边住着一边还贷款。
同时继续关注的另外一个好区的single family house（估计要60-70万左右的总价），
等买到合适的single family house（估计首付得26万左右，贷款40万左右），就搬到
sigle family house，把condo/town house出租（估计能租到至少1400-1500每月的租
金，但是HOA每月300-400左右）。
这样就把过度房专为投资房了，自己住single family house了。各位对房子熟悉的朋

/impdp是可行的，但是比较麻烦，需要在target database，建立tablespace，
datafile，role，user等。
但是我觉得rman更可靠，所以我想用duplicate rman backup；不过问题是每次都出错
。。。
因为问题在于
windows single instance -> linux RAC
要考虑转码，datafile文件存储位置不同，如ASM
请问，各位有过经验吗？我暂时只想到
如果非要rman duplicate，那么可以
windows single instance -> linux single instance -> linux RAC
我实在不知道怎么直接从windows single instance -> linux RAC；还希望各位老师，
多多帮忙，如果有link或者经验，就更好了。

很简单的数学。
美国18%的GDP for healthcare spending, 其中政府支持60%。Medicare, Medicaid,
VA, Indian healthcare etc etc,它们存在的原因就是靠私营盈利保险公司不能满足医
疗保险需求。 加拿大11%，英国10%，效果比美国好得多。
single payer just needs political will, no need to raise tax!
有人说加拿大看病等得久，其实这个问题的原因之一就像vermont single payer行不通
一样，医生都跑到美国来了。如果美国全国single payer, 难道医生就不干了？难道医
生会跑到墨西哥去？

你嫌医护人员收入高了，你去医院看看大家是怎么工作的，坐实验室的强度能和一线与
生死打交道的工作比吗？还好意思拿加拿大的和美国比，加拿大的病房很少单间，医护
也懒得正眼看病患，硬件软件条件差异造成的价格低而已。single pay 没什么可以反
对，但是你乐意条件变差吗？条件不变差，为啥single pay会导致市价降低？要改，必
须从医学院教育系统改起，还要改药审制度，降低器械成本，捏死告滥状的律师－－这
些事都来一一做做再来忽悠。那句老话：我看见天上的牛在飞。 |

结：Town House地方小，娃们玩不开，但价钱便宜，银行贷款也早还早清心；Single
House地大保
值且宽敞，但毕竟贷款多，而且我们这个地场的Single House已经隐隐然有涨价之势，

我的AGENT昨天要我签一个SINGLE AGENT CONTRACT(合同的具体内容贴在下面了。 除了
他和我签名的地方外， 其他一字不漏)。
这个合同看起来都是规定我的AGENT应该怎样保护我的利益和提供忠诚服务。
我之前在网上看到有的人不小心签了合同之后就只能用这一个AGENT了， 不太知道这个
合同是不是就是那种合同。
请指教。我知道我太菜鸟了。

2. 有HOA的single family 产权是完全属于自己的吗？
3. 如果一个房子把车库该成了房间，但是没有permit, 这样的情况贷款会有问题吗？

发帖数: 126 | 47 我今天在Menards閒逛，看到有個MTD two stage snow blower $425 外加 11% rebate
，覺得很便宜就買了。買完了有覺得體積太大了，放在車庫裡感覺還挺佔地方。就想是
不是應該買一個single stage的小巧一點的？ 我在midwest, 三車庫driveway面積大概
是 30x50的樣子。感覺這裡一般都是4-6“的snowfall, 當然偶爾也有超過12”的時候
，不過那時候估計好多地方也關門，也work from home. 清理drive way 慢一點也無所
謂。不知道single stage的能不能應付。
諸位有用過MTD snow blower嗎？ 這個用的是powermore的engine. 看網上有人評論說
這個算是個ok 牌子，要好的得上Honda, Briggs Stratton,Ariens可是一看價格比MTD
還是高了好多。
在Lowes看了這三個，大家有經驗的覺得比起來之前那個MTD的是更好的選擇嗎？ 手裡
正好有10% discount可以用。

有一台年代久远的空闲G5的monitor，想连到我的MBP上
也就是长远目标： ADC Port male=========》Mini DisplayPort
现在手头有一个 ADC male ==》DVI-D Single Link Male (因为ADC要供电)
Mini DisplayPort ==》VGA Female（平时presentation用，29被apple狠狠宰）
死活找不到 DVI-D Single Link Female==》VGA male（纯数字->模拟不可行？）
请问有没有什么方案可以让MBP用起来这个monitor？谢谢
BTW～请问DVI-D Single Link Female 和 DVI-D Double Link Female |

误提示，其中一项就是改成single，但我改成single之后，退税就是用single算的结果
，而不是head of household的结果
没有人有确定的说法么？ |
