这些现在都有了呀. 快的学院如RIT早在7,8年前就有DIGITAL ART一类的专业了.
你说的只是艺术中的一个分支, 可以称为被动艺术. 即在创作过程中
作者首先被动于将来观者的取向. 这一支的特点是它以功用为目的, 以
大多数人的认同为标准. 作为工业社会的产物, 它当然在工业社会的生
活中占重要地位. 装饰艺术, 时装艺术, 工业造型艺术等都可以归为这
一类.
但是另一种艺术, 暂且称之为主动艺术, 绝不会消失. 这类艺术的目的
就是Expression. 科技进步的结果必然是减少人对外界的直接作用. 但
作为世界的改造者, 人蕴含巨大的原始冲动. 这种原始冲动不消失, 就
会寻找其发泄的机会. 而艺术就是其中一种. 既然是一种发泄, 就肯定
主观, 就肯定Spontaneous. Action painting的出现就是一种证明. 创
作过程的本身也已融入的表达冲动的过程. 这一支的形式会更多样, 绝
不限于纸笔. 流派将更纷繁芜杂, 各流派横向的Diversity与纵向的
Integrety相接合. 但不会有那一流派主导, 而且各派都不会有很大的

提高自己。另外泡妞很重要。
趁你现在还有钱，要赶紧找个当官的女儿做老公。然后安分守己的创业。再然后，等到

不要忘了上海滩的丁力。有钱这个基础是最难的。然后要懂一点文化。有文化的人，不

你看华东理工农民女生。来华理的时候都是蛮漂亮的。结果最后没一个混的比

今年初USCIS公布有一些有关H-1B的申请指引。以下为一些值得注意的内容：

根据8 C.F.R. 214.1(c)(4) ，在进行H-1B transfer申请时(包括consulate申请
)，USCIS要求申请人应能显示其为旧雇主工作过一段时间 (a significant length of
time) 。这显示出USCIS有意加强其对H-1B的审核。尽管所谓的“a significant
