1. chase是上报signature卡的实际额度的。以前BOA不报额度，但现在BOA也报了。我
印象中现在没有哪家还不报额度的了
2. 这个signature没多少含金量。基本上就是concierge和可以超出额度花一点。比较
重要的benefit像return protection，platinum版本的也有 |

Visa signature is a new thing coming out 7 years ago or so, because platinum
