场奥本防守组不正常地屡屡识破我nole的进攻路线。教练组在半场终于意识到这个问题
，于是下半场就开始用towels了，结果奥本的防守终于没那么灵光了。

I usually get such a problem for an unfamiliar partner. It may help a little
bit if it is right after the whisk step, but even in that case it still
happens.
The chasse is a 4 step count in 3 beats (1 bar), but the partner may always
dance only 3 regular steps for the first time so that both's feet won't
match afterwards.

(Yellow) is ok, but the image quality is bad, of course.

的作用的，cs3就可以了，没必要一定要cs5.

我今天和coworker再争这个，他们都说要cs5，我说cs3就行了，书上是这么说的。
哎，在公司很郁闷啊。有的同事连个trunk怎么弄都不知道，我弄好了，他拿去当他的
project，还好意思欺负我说我不懂，我刚进的公司，没啥地位，小组讨论说不上话啊。
H323确实需要在signal断掉的情况下继续维持RTP session。另外，通话结束，CCM还需
要通知对端关闭session。cs3常用于voice signal QOS，Cisco很少提价cs5，cisco说
EF，其实都是IP precedence = 5，常用于voice的RTP traffic。 |

is supposed to be platform-independent, by definition there should be no
standard way to handle signals in Java. A Google search should tell you
all these non-standard ways, e.g. sun.misc.SignalHandler , depends on
the Java VM you're using. |

then use select() to wait on it,
basically if someone writes data into this pipe,
we'll catch it with select() (not 100% sure, but sth. like this)
normally another c code process can catch this and reports we get data.
i want to replace it with python, how can i do that ?

protein的kd，测出的signal最高只有upper limit（probe不加protein不过
filter直接加到scintillation vial里的读数）的20％。。。虽说protein
理论上可能有一部分被wash off吧，但80％ loss也太离谱了吧。。。但
signal确实是plateau了，能fit出kd来（还挺好hiahia）。
请问牛人这种现象可能正常吗？btw我根本没敢多洗，加了mixture之后就
洗了1次1ml，不过neg control挺低的了。 |

现在想的一个偷懒的办法是把每次control组的signal都normalize为1，
再对实验组的相对数据做统计分析做error bar，不知是否acceptable？

to include the data anyway. the point of my project is, here I generated
a new aptamer pair for sensor ppl to play with (just google thrombin
sensor you'll know how those ppl are lol~), for assurance I demonstrated
they can give higher signal with target than w/o, and the signal is
specific to the target. I'll leave claims about sensitivity & stuff to
sensor ppl. end of story (hopefully).

。CPSF蛋白识别并结合该位点，在CstF的辅助下切割下游pre-mRNA，再由PAP完成加尾
。当然整个过程还需要其他一系列蛋白因子的共同左右，不细说了。
你的问题涉及到CstF这个关键因子，它识别并结合AATAAA下游一段GU rich region，对
于有效的RNA Polyadenylation processing是不可或缺的，尽管这段序列不像poly
signal motif那样具有比较严格的consensus sequence。而在你的第二个版本中，并没
有包含这段序列。 |

举个例子，起始ATG有所谓Kozak consensus，但是这也只是大约70%的真核mRNA所“遵
循”的一个规律，仍大量的mRNA不符合这个规则一样可以翻译，甚至翻译的很好。
polyA processing这里是同样的问题，比如AATAAA并不绝对，TATAAA已经其他一些变体
也非常普遍，甚至没有这个polyA signal在下游其他一些motif的帮助下也一样可以完
成。GU rich region就更模糊了，要多少个repeats才算rich，怎么算？从哪里开始算
？这些都并不非常清楚，只能说，基于统计存在这个规律，同时在一些研究的比较透彻
的polyA signal序列中找到了一定的实验证据。至于是不是伪命题，你应该有你自己的
判断。 |
