7. Are Sig Aluminum Frames Weak?

I have recently seen on the net that some people believe the aluminum frame
on the SIG is inferior or weak. Their erroneous solutions vary:
Don't buy a Sig because it has an aluminum frame. Instead buy an all steel
gun or a polymer type. NONSENSE.

7/21 DC军区活动的不完全统计
平均单程驾驶时间约两个半小时, 全程训练时间约5个小时.
全天中小阵雨不断, 影响了预先安排的飞碟场射击.
除因各种原因提前退出或未能到场的以外, 参加训练的二十多人, 包括女兵两人.

道说什么了。今天碰到的一个灵异事件，说出来供大家消遣。
话说兄弟这两天再一次对sig的手枪发生了兴趣，鉴于sigarms最近传说的质量问题，
兄弟想找一支德国警察tradein的P6。找了一圈发现网上有一个地方还有，价钱不算便
宜，也还可以。但是兄弟一直在犹豫，原因是为防止乱买军火，兄弟年初给自己定了个
预算，这个预算呢，4，5月份的时候就超过了。后来回国了也就一直没买东西。从国内
回来又买了些子弹，附件什么的，七七八八也花了不少钱，上个星期又买了马卡，这些
都是在预算之外了。现在再买P6，虽然钱不多。。。大老爷们说话不算也得有个限度不
是？犹豫了几天，今天早上终于下了决心，给卖家打了个电话，那边没人接，一算，他
们在西边，有时差，人还没开门呢，那就午饭后再说吧。中午到常去的中国小店买了个
盒饭，照例奉送饮料和fortune cookie。吃完饭打开fortune cookie，上面的话是：现

发帖数: 2746 | 6 my very limited experience, military surplus guns were made for battle and
are more reliable (can I say of higher quality? I see bricks in coming...),
commercial guns proudly made in the US are made with casual shooting in mind
and often times save on materials, etc...look at SIGARMS, and possibly H&K.
..just my two cents |

发帖数: 1029 | 7 经过几轮裁军，我现在也有些心动，想进一支长枪。如果没有Import Ban，选择会很容
易，米多就上Sig Arms 550，米少就国产AK。可惜这些都被禁了。现在的AK，不但鱼龙
混杂，而且价格不菲，所以没啥信心。AR又让人眼花缭乱，不知所从。
最近也在做功课，比较Sig 556，551A1，516，和其它AR，包括Sig M400。
首先有Sig Arms 550，这个从工作原理上更接近AK，所以被称为 Swiss Designed AK。
可惜美国不准进口。
Sig 556 基本就是550的Upper设计，加上AR的 Lower（但部件并不通用），用AR弹夹。
早期有一些QC问题，
大家意见比较大，据说后来问题一一得到纠正，现在的Sig556好像口碑不错。
现在新出的Sig551A1，大致就是550。它的Upper和556的一样，Lower是550的设计，用
料和制作工艺可能有些不同，但设计是一样的，用瑞士弹夹，不用AR弹夹。单独买一个
551A1的Lower，可以把556转成551A1。
556和551A1都有不少瑞士产的配件能换，可以烧不少钱。

在确认所有报名人员里, 只有两人临时推出(其中一人请同伴代为请假).
参加训练的约23人, 包括女兵两人.
