Sidley, Wilmer and JonesDay right now:) The higher the ranking, the snobbish
they get about school and class rankings. It is just an easy rule any idiot
can apply.
Though I think a number of boutiques also do very good litigation work, as
sophisticated as those done by the big-name GP firms. I believe it is the
Asian companies which have the preference for those GP firms. Because they pay

接着，那位朋友给我发了几个FISH里面的IP台湾PAR。
我解释了这个和商PAR还是难度相差很大。
你和你楼下跑出来，粘了4个税PAR和包括加州硅谷华人区税PAR。除了那个SIDLEY中国人以外,其它似乎只有一个是50名开外的IP律所，其他还有100开外的律所。然后,你很激动很兴奋,好像这些的中国律师就是你的榜样和羡慕对象。他们那时是什么年代，现在面临什么行情。就算我印象里只知道两个中国商PAR，论坛里你认识都不止两个。对论坛其他人来说，最能说明什么？难道说明中国人这条路作PAR很可行，或者为了做成这种律所硅谷，芝加哥，纽约，DC的IPPAR TAXPAR等待8年是前途光明和值得的选择？
我说出两个中国人,你说不止两个，就算都翻出来有几十上百中国人。这种V100数万律师的大市场底下，你我的数字只能说明华人PAR“少”而“难”的概念，怎么可能引申出你流露出的“多”和“通”的概念。事实上我们不就在争论这个概念吗？
