的非常到位。
核桃MM你说你本来不会打水，做single arm breath的时候竟然能感受到打腿的快感，
然后做sidekick就能直接做100yard,这个太牛了。看来还是资质好。
像我这种资质差的，平时做这两个drill,要保持打腿动作不变型，还能保持身体姿态，
不下沉，已经很费劲了。
我这种蛙泳游了二十多年都没有进步，自由泳又是超级菜鸟的人体会，游泳绝对是技术
活，efficiency最重要。只有动作到位，划水效率提高了，才有可能进一步发展，尤其
是如果目标是70.3或者ironman的话。貌似全浸(TI)的精髓就是花最少的力量，达到最
好的效果。Stroke count这种东西，只要不是低到到拖后腿，应该是越低越好。因为只
有低了，才说明动作到位，效率高了。如果动作走样，stroke count再高，也比人家慢
好多。平时在泳池里偷窥高手，觉得人家都是行云流水一般，游得很轻松。Sigh,不知
道我有没有机会达到这种境界。。。

experience for washer & dryer, they just needed to carry them in and
attached hoses and vent,.... felt no need to give tips.
But when they brought in the refrigerator (360lb) and they need to take down
the fridge 3 doors,..in order to enter the house door, what a difficult job
, and I had no problem to give them $30 tips (to the main guy $20 and his
sidekick $10) because they really earned it. |
