一、ORIGINATION FEE（即常说的ORIGINATION POINT）：
这一类费用主要是因选择的利率和mortgage broker而异。如果是0 point，则这类
费用为零。
二、LENDER CHARGES：
这一类收费因lender而异，包括Appraisal fee和Lender Underwriting Fee，总数

company。其实通常卖方哪里懂这些，最后实际是由卖方经纪将这笔生意交给自己的关
系户做。而买方在签合同时主要盯的是房屋售价，买方经纪通常不会为这点儿小事替买
方（buyer）出头争取的，所以大多数情况下买方也就稀里糊涂地签了合同，同意由卖
方（实际是卖方经纪）来选escrow/title company。等看到GFE时，再回头要求换title
公司就已经太晚了。所以我们都建议客人在谈判合同时就将此选择权要到手，这样才可
以控制好费用。
至于说费用是否合理，读者可用以下目前市面上比较有名的产权保险公司（title
insurance）的网站来查询相应的产权保险（title insurance）报价：

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.

纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般

没有promote自己。把页头的banner好好搞搞，把自己的优势特点说说，网站没有名字
吗？放个logo上去。

checkout页面个人觉得有点乱，没有checkout的欲望了。

言归正传。
1。logo
乍一看，马上想到了波音公司，还以为是搞航空航天的。YourHotDeal，总共11个字母
，不算太长，搞成一排，选个合适的字体，1-3种颜色，也能凑合着用。或者花点儿钱
，网上买一个。logo最好往上移，728的广告可以居中。
2。menu bar
调整一下vertical align, 或者我的browser有问题。
3。grid
这一部分是核心，问题也较多：
图片
- 图片最好居中（后面为了节约打字成本，不再使用商量的口吻）
- 部分图片太满,缩小30%
图片下面文字
- 缩小一号字体，比如12px
