是力求每个队最后都是8-8 大家都是同样地前进 或后进
具体每场球 也是致力要半斤八两
过去几年 有2/3的比赛 在第四节一度在8分之内
比分咬得挺紧的 挺紧的
但巨人过去的29场球 (从2012下半季开始)
有11场 最后输了15分或更多 包括四场被零封
在今天的NFL 被零封真的是比较难的事
几乎要自己人为努力地去做 才会发生
稍微不小心 一个动作 稀里糊涂的就得分了
而咳嗽灵的老师大金枪鱼执教巨人八年 139场比赛
总共只有12次这样输15分的惨败 其中4次还是在没有Phil Simms的1983年
8年中 只有一次被零封 而且那次也没什么丢人的
是在1985年季后赛 对15胜1负 最后的总冠军狗熊
Buddy Ryan带领的46式防守正是如日中天 没有解破办法
两人指挥能力的高下 一目了然 ......

While my little son pitched a shutout 2 1/3 innings to secure a next game in
his little league play off, my big son's team had an uncharacteristic day
in the Majors playoff. Their ace pitcher surrendered 10 runs in 4 1/3 of
innings to lose the series opener.
What it means is when they both play again on Thursday, June 6th, they both
need to win to survive: a loss would mean elimination.
Since I watched my little son's game on Tuesday, this time I watched my big
son, MM's game.

43-8几乎是shutout.野驴唯一那次得分也是靠对Maxwell一个体毛PI才过了半场，几乎

比几乎夺冠这么不要脸的说法靠谱多了。

我其实同意你的真正巨投可以直接接管比赛给closer。但确实两队先发投手基本没那实
力，赢只能靠牛棚输得少，打线赢得多。所以第六场真是不好说，不要看好verlander
，另外太空人让谁关门是个问题

结果深与我心有戚戚焉--五位rotation投手就是我上一章写过的那三位大牛Pedro，
Johnson，Schilling，再加上新生代的两位翘楚Halladay & Santana。的确，如果要写
这个世纪以来最好的投手们，我心里大概有一个六七个人的名单，其中Doc本来就是排
在第一位的，他是我心目中这个时代的顶尖投手的代表，是ace of the aces，而现在
他的去世更坚定了我要用专门的一章来dedicate给他的想法，就像其他爱他的人用
youtube上的tribute videos来纪念他一样，希望能够向这位在我熟悉棒球的年代最稳
定最有统治力最优秀的投手致以一份深深的景仰和敬意(当然，还有无尽的惋惜与伤痛)。

发帖数: 6655 | 21 Davis 也是小组赛3场，不过所有队伍不分胜负都进入淘汰赛，从八分之一开始， 队伍
太多的话就分成两个大组，各自决出冠军。所以至少4场，至多7场（9个队以上）或6场
（8个队）
这里积分制度的特点是shutout也有1分，所以跟对手拼积分的话，0：1和1：3是一样的
，而进球计分都有上限，有的是3个，有的是5个，再灌多从精神上到技术上都毫无意义
（有的甚至对净胜球超过7个的比赛扣分）所以一定重视防守。
教练也有盘带派和传球派，擅长盘带的，对于场地不平整草皮较厚甚至泥泞的非常合适
，因为传接技术再好也传不起来，而且被擅长盘带的胡搅蛮缠一顿，后场失误也多，但
是一到turf field，立刻被传球队打得找不到方向，因为盘带派的阵型都不行。
所以这就是我反对过多练习个人脚下盘带的原因－－容易养成埋头足球的习惯，而且以
过人为主要目的。经常可以看到有些孩子做了一串花招，或者是很漂亮的过人，最后仍然没有什么机
会，就是说明，过人只是一种进攻手段，很多时候并不是最好的手段。我从女儿一开始踢球就反复说，
到现在至少有1000次了，首先是发现往哪里跑，因为90%的时间你没有球，然后拿到球要知道往哪里... 阅读全帖 |

Tampa is a better team right now. They have very good pitching. Their
bullpen threw 8 shutout inning against blue jays after the manager yanked
their starting pitcher Jeff after only 1 inning. Can the redsox do that?

itself.
In 1972, he lead AL in shutout, strike-out, and walks (which
can't be good), W/L is 19-16, with 2.28 ERA. The winner has
24-16 W/L, and 1.92 ERA.
In 1973 and 1974, he had 21/16 and 22/16 W/L, also lead in
strike-outs and walks. Those are only two seasons he had
20-plus winning game season. The winners were simply better
in W/L and ERA than him.

As对道奇，肯同学一上来就打出个格兰德斯拉姆，
就成了偶知道的第一个大牛人，可是后来他就打不
到球乐，整个series的bi蝙蝠平均值不到200，
所以偶就不景仰他了，改爱的迈尔orel hershiser。
他赢了两场，第一场是complete game shutout,
而且打击率3 for 3,一个run,一个rbi,牛的厉害。
那时候全联最好的closer大概是As的ecksley吧，
偶一开始觉得他很烂，因为第一场As眼看赢了，
他第九局存盘失败，送给道奇两分，As就输乐。
canseco出道时是很典型的五工具球星，
是大联盟史上第一个40-40得主(40 homer, 40 stolen base)
本来是唯一一个，前两年给bonds也弄了一个。
不过后来这小子傻乎乎地认为chicks dig long ball,
所以变成了1-tool。要是他其他的活也会点，
不至于沦落到现在这地步。
他现在的目标和蛋筒差不多，
想打到400个往家跑，

9IP, 2Hit, 1BB, 11K, 115Pitch Complete Game Shutout
开始看他狂飙快球我还有点替他担心，不过他的control确实没得说，
fastball, breaking ball, changeup,。。。看得我目瞪口呆
Zambrano其实也不错了，可惜面对Lowell犯了个错误，另外这个人有点
过于情绪化了。
这个系列打到现在，Cubs的打线算是超常发挥了，另外他们的运气也好一点，
不过Marlins很有韧性，如果他们的先发投手能挺住，大翻盘也不是没有可能。
当然Cubs的机会大的多，Prior加Wood，就是有一个被打爆（可能性<50%),还
有另一个呢，而且他们似乎很善于在Wrighly Field打往家跑。
期待明天的比赛。。。 |

shutout了mets八局，dodgers领先两分
可惜第九局牛棚被mets连下三分，到手的胜利没了。
Game 3, hershier只休息了两天再次出战，
历史重演，他再次领先两分下场后，
牛棚被mets打烂，再次反胜为败。
一天以后的第四场，
两队extra inning打得难分难解，
直到第12局LA才打破僵局得了宝贵一分。
这时候hershier再次上场，
mets三上三下，hershier救援成功，
取得了playoff职业生涯上唯一的一个save。
第四场的胜利让LA喘了口气，
可以让hershier好好休息几天，
直到第7场才安排他主投。
重新充过电的hershier在决定胜负的Game 7上势不可挡，
投满全场，只让mets打出5个hits,一分未得，
LA经过7场苦战，4:3险胜mets，进入了playoff.
hershier毫无疑问以全票当选NLCS的MVP。 |

Mussina看来是命里注定好事多磨。1994年就有希望冲击20胜（24场先发胜16场），
可惜球员罢工，赛季中断。1996年虽然ERA上4，但是有坚强的run support, 又
拿到了19胜。最后一场对蓝鸟，头八局moose几乎 shutout Jays. 以2:1领先，第9
局Benitez救援，这厮是Moose命里灾星，上来就送了个homer.20胜告吹。
好在今年Mussina在赛季前没人看好的情况下拿下了20胜。祝贺祝贺。Mussina还有
两次离perfect game咫尺之遥被破坏，希望他明年把那个心愿也圆了。 |

No way. A perfect game doesn't contribute to your team more than a CG
shutout.
Jonathan Sanchez pitched one error from a perfect game. The difference
between
these 2 games is pure luck, too. As in Sanchez's case, a lot of perfect
games and
no-hitters were against weak lineups. Rays' lineup is strong on paper, but
they
have struggled mightily for 2 weeks. That's another part of luck. |

time? the game was still tied at 5-5 after 11 innings when he left
