据美国国务院公布的日程安排，蒂勒森在25日会见印度总理莫迪、外交部长斯瓦拉吉、
国家安全顾问多瓦尔。此外，蒂勒森当天还会参观甘地博物馆，并探望美国驻印度大使
馆工作人员。

1. GMU这个program没有真正意义的AP,它完全是依托COLA的program。就算AP也是COLA
发至少半年的钱，上课也少。
2.Shukla大叔一个人说了算，他觉得对整个cola利益最大化有用的，他该会多提携的的。
3. 当今的政治气候是个系就要讲男女比例的。
地球大气做两年甚至一年找到教授的比比皆是，不要再这误导群众。
还有也不要跟国内的人似的，就知道数数。当年我办公室的姐妹，花了七年才毕业，毕
业时候一篇第一作者没有，不一样没毕业就被哈佛发AP offer了。人家现在也是一切正
常连夺大奖,风头很劲。别老看人家没文章就暴鄙视的样子，赤果果的酸葡萄啊。

Shukla 只是IGES 的创始人，IGES 是Center for Ocean, Land, Atmosphere Studies
(COLA) 的host. 之下养着很大一批科研者，其中华人占很大比例，这个领域里有好几
个做得好的华人是从COLA 起家后又去别的学校的。 COLA在这个领域里的贡献是非常大
的，也是少有的几个能让人长期做科研的地方，对很多语言不是优势的华人是一个很好
的选择或者过度。 |
