疏附县第二中学创办于1970年，是疏附县唯一一所全日
制双语“民汉合校”完全中学。新疆疏附县是国家级贫困县。
学校有85%的高中学生来自喀什地区附近各县及农三师各农牧
团场。这里的各县, 团场均属于边陲小镇。它们地处沙漠腹地,
干旱少雨, 自然资源匮乏，土地贫瘠沙化。大部分家庭仍生活
在贫困线以下。当一年一度的中考结束时，在我们的身边又有
一批品学兼优但家境贫寒的学生急需得到帮
助。对他们而言，离能改变自己命运的求学之梦似乎只有一步
之遥，但他们中有部分同学因交不起学费而徘徊在学校门外，
继续求学之梦难以实现。此时此刻，他们特别需要精神上的关
爱和物质上的帮助。

元比不加盖的黄2爷地位低一点，老夫故称之为三爷。
此旧票色彩亮丽, 销十一年十一月廿八日的疏附Shufu/(Kashgar)戳. 虽然不是全戳,但
信息全,难得.更难的得是,黄3爷上十之八九多见的是迪化(乌鲁木齐)戳, 疏附(现在的
喀什)戳实在难得.
两个黄3爷新票原来是对联票, 被人中间撕开了. 现在它俩并肩站着我的集子里, 倒也
不离不弃.
在《华邮集锦》第八卷第80页，出身名家。唯下边略有短齿，是美中之不足。
更少见，也算得上是民国珍品了。想当年民国之初（1917），国内邮资仅3分。此票面
值20（银元），在当时可购买400斤小米面，或者100斤猪肉，大约是普通工人一个月的
工资。老毛在北大图书馆每月工资不过8元，所以此票面值真是够贵！如今老夫不惜花
费2000斤猪肉钱购入囊中，感慨多少邮人唯缺此黄20，民国帆船不得大全矣。 |

at low end, they'll use a version of Ford's new EcoBoost I4 (they call it
GTDi)
I guess Geely will be able to access to this technology too.
at high end, they'll upgrade the 3.0T. probably still be a port-injection
engine
but it'll produce more horses while consume less fuel.
Ford won't use this engine, so I don't think they'll update it with EcoBoost
tech
unless Shufu is willing to pay a premium for it. |
