这些都用来粘住其他东西
放进微波炉稍微热半分钟cheese化了变粘，或放在平底锅里开小火，同时准备其他东西
黄瓜，胡萝卜，lettuce, avocado，豆芽切条或丝放上去(不用太多会包不下）
讲究的炸个荷包蛋包进去
再放一片slice ham,或Costco 那个大烤鸡吃不完的肉，或中国店买的肉松
平底锅关火，一起卷起来，注意卷的时候不是一边卷到另一边，而是比如正方形，先卷
一下竖边，再把横边卷起来，最后可以插一个牙签防止散架
一礼拜吃两次换换中国口味 |

的污染尘埃。 据说环保部门只检测大于PM2.5的污染尘埃，那玩意一直被忽略不计。
后来美国驻华大使馆自己设置空气污染检测装置，报告了PM2.5污染的严重程度 ，这才
引起了党和国家的重视。11月16日，中国环保护部公布了《环境空气质量标准》（二次
征求意见稿）和《环境空气质量指数（AQI）日报技术规定》（三次征求意见稿），主

特多，必须本人跟他们说话才能告诉你那些信息比如approval number，我是通过QQ语
音，将声音调到最大，然后用免提给USCIS打的，你做翻译，告诉他们父母不懂英语，
然后他们就只让父母说yes 或 no，反正是可以搞到的，然后将duplicate邮寄回中国，
我用的USPS，忘记什么方式了，方正当时就要求，不管速度，只求安全抵达，也不贵，
好像12美金左右，父母刚通过签证，拿的延期证明也没看。有什么问题可发邮件给我。

I received 2 identical letters from TSC at the same time. So walked in with
both. Even worse, the office told me the system indicated that I had done
this before. It took her more then 30min to check, and came back with the
answer that it was the system error at TSC.
She shredded the one of the letter and took my bio-info. Asked me to stop by
for inqueries if I have questions in the future.

的问题。但大家都是持有最开始限制于签证的SSN。而获得绿卡后的确可以获得新的SSN
(号码不变，有DHS authority XXXX 那行话会被取消），不换会有问题吗？应该也没有
了。
很多人就硬要在这里掰是否需要去办，从自身出发，办了比不办好。你一定要说有什么
问题，那就自己去衡量吧。
所以拿卡后自己安排时间，在网络上填写表格或者直接去LOCAL的 SSN部门，填写表格
并申领更换，很简单，不到15分钟的事情，1周就收到新的了，旧卡可以shred或者留做
