Blockbuster Shrs Plunge; Reportedly Mulls Bankruptcy

Blockbuster (BBI) shares have crumbled after Bloomberg reported that the
company has hired Kirkland & Ellis to explore a possible bankruptcy filing.
According to the filing, Kirkland was asked to evaluate restructuring

house manager 说他们可能要charge $100 左右的清洁费， 所以我一直指望他们能退
200多给我。谁知今天受到管理公司的一封信，说cleaning+ painting+其他费用一共
1200多（可笑的是有什么pet control $25. 但我从来没有宠物。），说我还欠他们800
多，要我在10天内之内交清，否则交给collection公司处理。我在美国n年了，这么无
耻的公司还是第一次碰到。
我实在不想付这个无耻的公司一分钱，请问：
1.我拒付有什么后果？
2。会上法庭吗？
3。上法庭有没有赢的可能？
4。如果输，可能要赔多少？
还有这个公司巨恶心，水龙头坏了个把星期也没有修，house manager经常找不到人。
收钱却特别热心，迟交一天房租就要罚40-50迟交一天房租就要罚40-50$,只给我一个
parking位，换一辆车park自己车位马上叫人拖走，charge我200多。。。以后大家千万

Streaming成本是每个Video $0.10，每个客户平均一个月看15部片子，就是
40M x 15 x 0.10 x 12 = $720M
Content成本，如果是Double，是$400M
R&D + SG&A增加30%，$780M
可能的利润是 3360 - 720- 400 - 780 = 1460M,
如果按照S&P平均PE 16，EV相当与23.4B，
按照现在Net Debt = 0, Outstand shr = 52M，价格应该是 $450/sh; |
